Description of Work: Called them to investigate 2 mold patches about 4 inches each. 1st in basement, 2nd on level 1. The rep. was professional, within 1 hr, he pointed out the basement problem was due to AC conduit condensation and 2nd patch was due to toilet leak.I wish I had called these guys before calling the so called MOLD SPECIALIST(another company). The MOLD guys came in looked around, then sent me a quote for $2.5K to remove sheet rocks and replace with new and finish. Between removal and finishing I would have to get a plumber to find and fix problems. Bottom line depending on where you see mold patches it may be better to call a plumber instead of MOLD SPECIALIST. I would like to thank Air, Plumbing & Heading Solutions for a great job.
