It was fine. They guy that came out was very nice. They were very knowledgeable. They explained everything to me really well. They were professional.

It was perfectly fine. It cost as much as it said it would, with the deal. They were knowledgeable. We usually ask questions and stuff like that and they were receptive to that. Nothing stood out like a red flag or anything. It was a pleasant experience. It was flat $79. I thought the price was appropriate. They were on time. It was as expected. I really appreciated that they were willing to talk with us about any other concerns that we had. They even instructed us on proper maintenance, which we were very bad about. But, since we have implemented that, things have been going much smoother, so I appreciate that.

We had to hire another Plumbing company because this one never contacted us.

James came out, did an extensive walkthrough of my house and property, gave me a long and very knowledgeable sales spiel....with recommendations that were considerably above the prior assessments I had received from other vendors...and promised that he would send me a full estimate including the two scenarios we had discussed and a diagram of the unit placement for each. I was very impressed. Then I received no estimate. I was out of town for more than a week; he had plenty of time...but nothing. When I returned I called the office and inquired what had happened; the receptionist said she would ask James to get back to me that evening... Nothing. If I can't trust this company to value my potential business for a >$10K job, how can I trust them to value me as a customer? ***UPDATE: He called back and he stated that he attempted to send his estimate after my call of inquiry, more than a week after he promised to send it and only in response to my inquiry. I received no email or call from him. Strike 3 they're out. At this point I am moving on to another vendor.

Great! APH got the work done quickly, provided good communication throughout, and had a very competitive price. We got a great system along with a whole-house humidifier and filtration system.

The tech came out and did a tune up of the system and cleaned out the drain line. The dripping stopped and fixed the problem.

It went very well. Mike described what he thought was the problem and how he proposed to fix it. Once we agreed, he went to work by first clearing out the area in which he needed to work. Once the drain was unclogged, he tested by running water into the basin sink and running water from the kitchen sink to ensure both sides of the pipe were clear of obstructions. I would not hesitate to use this company again for my plumbing needs.

The technician was excellent and not only fixed the problem but also. He led out the whole unit.

Plumber was on time and professional. Quickly identified what needed to be done. Let me know it would be slightly more than the quoted discount I had. Once I agreed to pay the difference, he did the job quickly an professionally. The only issue was that the repair left a hole in my drywall and some tile work that I had to get repaired.

Horribly. After working with Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions LLC in the past to try and revive our old AC unit, we decided it was time to bite the bullet and purchase a new unit. The unit was installed during the day- a representative from the APHS team arrived at the stated start time but the crew was not there as scheduled. I spoke with the representative and advised to call if any matters arose and let them know my husband would be around to check in on the crew at lunch. When my husband arrived at the house, he found the two installers asleep outside in the van. Not exactly professional, but if you need to sleep on your lunch break- so be it. The crew did not have any questions or concerns for my husband and let them know they would be finishing up early. That night we got home to a hot house- even hotter than normal since we expected a working AC unit and had closed up all the windows. Water was leaking outside of the internal AC component on top of our heater and all over our mudroom floor. I immediately called the APHS after hours emergency team and was advised a tech would come out to inspect. When the tech arrived he seemed optimistic that he would be able to have our unit up and running that night- however shortly after assessing the work that had been done he altered us that he would NOT be able to fix our unit as the previous installer has entirely removed the coil from the housing unit to try and force the installation botching the entire job. In addition to the shotty workmanship performed, there was also trash from the installation left in our mudroom. The after hour tech advised that someone would need to return the next day to make the fix. I will state that the after hours tech was the BEST person we encountered at the company. He was polite, candid, honest about the quality of work that had been performed and eager to provide customer satisfaction (within his limited means to do so). Long story short, Allen the owner paid us a visit and apologized for the mishap and offered to correct the botched installation job. When asked about receiving a refund for what seemed to be unskilled labor performed, Allen denied the request and instead offered an extended warranty on the AC unit and the furnace (due to the water leakage from the botched instal). While I can appreciate the goodwill gesture, I explained that it relies on my desire to continue to work with the company and I would not expect to use extended service on a brand new AC unit nor on my furnace which was a year old. My position was that of the $3700 we paid- a portion was for the part and a portion was for the labor. IF we had a defective part, I would have asked for a discount. I had hoped Allen would have agreed to a discount on the defective labor. Beyond the goodwill gesture and correcting the issue, Allen advised that someone would be out to check in on us and the system as a custumary follow up visit. That visit occurred on the 15th of August by our sales associate. I informed him at that time that the unit and thermostat were not in sync as the thermostat would repeatedly register a higher temperature than it was set to and then unit would be off. Greg, our sales associate advised he would follow up on that and would again reach out to Allen based on our dissatisfaction. I never heard back from Greg on either issue. I reached out to the company again the following week to check in on the status, and spoke with Greg only to hear that he had not yet addressed either of the issues. I advised that I was headed on vacation and would appreciate them getting back to me with a date/time for the tech to visit to rectify the outstanding issue. I returned from vacation with no phone call or voice mail from APHS and followed up for the 3rd time today. I finally have a service date for the tech to visit and received a letter from Allen restating that he had decided to not refund any portion of the labor for the trouble it caused my family of 5 along with the headache of cleaning up a small flood of water all over our mudroom and delaying us AC for another night even though he had already collected our payment. All around a very dissatisfied customer and based on the length of time after the service was performed, I was willing to give Allen the opportunity to make things right. I would not recommend using this company as there are plenty of other company's who are just as competitive on price and provide better service and customer satisfaction. I hope you take this review into account before giving these guys a call.

Keith was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job identifying issues with prior poor work by Blue Dot. He fixed the problems and at a very reasonable price.

Excellent! From the beginning of contacting Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions to the end when our Technician finished the job, our experience was absolutely wonderful! First class customer service from the folks you spoke to on the phone, and they responded to your call quickly. We had tried a competitor first (big mistake), and it took two phone calls and 5 days before we received a return call. Thankfully we discovered APHS. They are first class all of the way. Our AC was down during the hottest week of the year, and APHS was able to help us within 24 hours. Their Technician, Keith, was flat our AWESOME!!! He worked with us and showed care and concern of our AC unit and making sure we would get it fixed quickly. Our house feels like a million bucks thanks to APHS. I have a huge customer service background, and this company absolutely knocked our socks off with excellent customer service. We've already recommended them to anyone we talk to because this is a business that is definitely customer focused. Thank you APHS for taking such good care of us and fixing our AC unit. Special thank you to Keith who fixed everything and was extremely helpful and kind. We look forward to having back next spring as we have our AC tuned up for the summer. Thanks again!!
