+ -1 moreIt went well. Dwayne was on site everyday, and the workers were professional. I told Dwayne what I had in mind, and he provided drawings and options that I am very happy with. My new room is beautiful. During the construction, the workers left the site very neat.
Description of Work: Added a sunroom off my kitchen.

+ 0 moreWhen I first contacted Mr. Uyeunten for an estimate, he responded right away and was at my residence within two days. After taking the necessary measurements and being told he would return with a written estimate the following Friday, I have not heard or received a quote from him. I have left several messages on his voicemail and have not received a return call. As a professional he should have returned my phone call to say the work could not be performed.

+ 1 moreThe owner, Dwayne came to my house many times to to come up with a viable plan to build new garage. Most people would not have been a patient as him. After taiking to MD permit people as to what location was acceptable, he obtained proper permits to build. Dwayne and his brother Derek were here many long, cold days to see these projects were completed correctly. It was very obvious to me that that they really enjoy there work. It was a labor of love. I would definately use him again and refer my friends and business associates to to Dwayne
Description of Work: Built a free standing 3 bay garage, with long asphalt drive way. Install garage door openers and complete electrical wiring of garage. Install a new door/doorway from basement to existing garage for better access. Re panelled rec room where needed from water damage, using existing paneling from new doorway. Re wired existing garage so lights could be turned from rec room. Installed picture window in great room to match existing picture window. Raised window wells, re graded backyard to establish proper drainage.
