They cleared the leaves, but did not use water to clean out debris

Great. Was able to set up an appointment within 24 hours of purchasing the coupon, and I received a call from the technicians saying that they were on their way. They cleared all of my gutters of leaves and debris, then ran water through the downspouts to make sure everything was clear. Terry was very helpful, and took a photo of an area of concern on my roof where they found a squirrel that was sheltering in my attic (!). They finished up by blowing away all remaining debris in my yard and terrace. Technicians were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased.

The crew did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and clearing the debris from the property. They also verified that all of the gutters and downspouts were free of clogs by running water through them. They were very polite and pleasant. I would definitely used this company again.

A courtesy called was made beforehand and the crew arrived on time. Great attitude and were done in no time. The porch, driveway, and deck were spotless. There was no mess left behind (which is why I terminated the contract with the last company). We are very pleased and would definitely use again.

We waited until the last minute to have all of the fall leaves cleaned out of our gutters. We also had green stuff growing up the side of our house. We purchased an Angie's list deal for the gutter cleaning and paid separately for the cleaning of the green stuff on our vinyl siding. The crew arrived on time (we received a phone call early in the morning confirming the time) and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The men were courteous and respectful. I would hire Superior Pressure Washing again - I definitely will!

Two man team worked very efficiently. They did a good job. Pete, the owner, explained work to be done ahead of time, sent estimate by email and also schedule by email. He called me when they were going to be a later than originally scheduled.

The whole process with Pete went smoothly. Pete responds quickly and is very friendly. He price is lower than other companies I had called. I also asked him if I need to be home for the cleaning since I was not able to take time off work. He said he can do the cleaning without me there. On the day of the cleaning, he called me to let me know he was going to my house. I also received a text informing me that he was on my way to the house. When I got home, I thought I would see some debris on the front yard, but I did not see anything, so thought he may have cleaned the wrong house. When I took a look at the gutters from my room, I saw that it was completely clean. Pete had mentioned that he and his team would clean up everything, but I did not expect he clean EVERYTHING. Pete and his team is awesome and I would definitely use him again.

He showed up on time and did a wonderful job! House looks great. He came and got me when done and we walked around the house to see the job he had done. He was great! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!

Pete is very nice to work with. He is quick to respond to call for work to be done. Work was scheduled and done with in a week of my request. My house looked like new! This was the second time we used him for power washing and we will be calling again next year! He is awesome! Thanks Pete!

Pete and one other employee arrived when scheduled and power washed my house, garages and deck quickly and thoroughly. They were professional and very nice. There was minimal disruption to the yard,etc. My house and windows are sparkling clean! I have already recommended them to my neighbors and I will definitely hire them again.

Came when scheduled, did excellent work, staff and owner were knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. Additionally, at no cost, painted column base and noticed a problem with the roof and repaired it as well at no cost. The house looks great and it couldn't have been a better experience.

This guy knows his pressure washing and cleaning! I had another company come out to clean the brick staining on my house (CityClean, which is rated very highly here on angies list), but it still looked terrible.. and frustrating to deal with when I said it wasn't clean. I called Superior Pressure Washing, and Pete (the owner) assured me he could get it taken care of, well he kept his promise and it looks brand new! Pete was even honest enough and lowered the price we had originally discussed because the job didn't take as long as expected. I will ONLY use Superior Pressure Washing in the future!

Got several estimates for the siding job, but selected Pete for ratings and price. Because of his work on the siding, also had him do our decks. Great job and price for the amount of work entailedl The decks look like hardwood floors. He and his crew are hard working, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them for any similar project. Would readily use them again.
