The provider never showed up to the scheduled appointment. No phone call, no explanation. I had to make arrangements for my son to sleep somewhere else since the entrance to the attic is in his room. I had to contain the dog. My husband and I both have multiple sclerosis and it is critical that we have this fan installed because we are very sensitive to extreme hot temperatures.
