I desperately called them and they initially quoted $1500 and I negotiated up to $1200 for changing the fill gas and I was looking at the price in their website and it says $60 per gallon. They changed only five gallons so basically my bill should have been less tha half of what they had charged. These guys should not be charging insane prices. They are responsive, they came immdeiately. The response was great. I will not use them again.
Description of Work: They are supposed to refill the heating gas.

I called Residential with a claim through my home warranty company to troubleshoot my furnace that suddenly stopped working. They were able to come out to the house with in a few days in the middle of the day which is pretty standard. The technician was clean and polite, but that was it. He looked at the furnace for half an hour saying "huh" and "humm" as he did his trouble shooting. He didn't tell me what he was doing and wasn't interested in hearing what had been happening with the furnace for the past week. When I noticed that he didn't check the error code, I told him that it was a 31 and he seemed completely uninterested. All he came up with was that it needed to be cleaned (clean heat exchanger and inducer which of course the home warranty will not cover) and maintained and when they had the furnace apart (which would take several hours!) then they could see if there was anything wrong with it. He left and I still had no heat. No thanks! Follow up: The problem was water in the pressure switch hence the error code 31.
Description of Work: No service was performed because I didn't trust the knowledge of the technician and felt that he didn't do a thorough job troubleshooting the problem. This was a company that was recommended by my home warranty company.
