Services went extremely well. The folks are very professional.

Well. the two guys worked for the full two hours, and the manager (owner?) came at the start and end of the job to make sure I got what I needed. He also gave me some advice on general lawn and plant care which was appreciated. Easy to schedule over the phone, they called right after I bought the Deal. Showed up on time, and was easy to work with.

The work was very thorough. I had let our backyard, about 1/4 acre, become overgrown with weeds, untrimmed bushes, and overhanging tree branches. The work took two days but at the end everything was back into shape. The flowerbeds were completely weeded and the plantings were intact, the bushes were trimmed back with some flowers remaining, and the low hanging branches were cut or pruned. Overall it was a good competent job. I will definitely use their services again.

Remy Landscaping exceeded my expectations. I have tried multiple landscapers over the last year. Remy Landscaping was the most communicative and cost effective. We met a week before the work was scheduled to discuss all of the work that needed to be done. They were informative, thorough and simply did a good job.

Mostly satisfied because much was done but I wasn't blown away by their work.

My front and large back yard had been neglected for some time. Oscar plus two employees spent the day weeding, blowing and raking, mowing and cutting and then carting off large quantities of leaves, weeds and branches. Tree and flower beds were mulched. The whole yard looks great!

It was okay, it could have been better. He had scheduled it with us, and wasn't able to make it and didn't call us. He came 4 or 5 days later and then did the job. I was in the service industry for well over 30 years and if you can't do something for someone and run into an issue with another job, your first priority has to be calling ahead to other clients and rescheduling. As long as you keep that line of communication open, most people are understanding and they will work with you and you can just reschedule. Oscar was nice, and he did a nice job when he got here, it's just not communicating as well as he should have and that is the only problem that I had. When you schedule something with a company, and they don't tell you they are coming, I find it to be irritating. They don't show up and then you wait the whole day and take off from work. If he needs to have his wife do it or somebody who works for him do it, that would be my suggestion to him. It took him a day or so to call us back and reschedule. He was a nice guy, he talked to me, and I have never had my lawn aerated, so he explained to me what was going on, and he put 25 pounds of seed on our backyard. When he said he was coming out, he called before he came which I appreciated.

They arrived on time and did all requested work as requested. All workers were very professional. Great job. Have used them for the past several years and will be using them again for all yard needs. Thanks Oscar.

We purchased the lawn aeration and overseed deal. They contacted me fairly quickly and scheduled us for a few weeks out. As the day approached they was no contact whatsoever in terms of confirming our appointment or giving us any sort of idea when they would come. I called the day before and spoke to someone who did tell me they would give us a window the day of (which they did not). He also told me that when they perform the work if they run out of seed they will let us know we have the option to purchase more, which I intended to do. The day of they did not show up until about 5/5:30 pm. They VERY quickly did the work and they left very quickly without even consulting us about doing more seed. There are several areas of our lawn that were not even touched, seed or aeration. There has been absolutely no follow up and two weeks later our lawn looks exactly the same.

There was not further contact.

The provider arrived after I left for work. The gardeners weeded and applied mulch that I had already purchased. The work was well done. My only complaint is that about 1/4 of the garden was left undone, either because they ran out of time or mulch. I would have preferred if they had contacted me to let me know. Generally, the work was well done but the communication wasn't the best.

They did a great job- I would use them again.

Oscar and his crew of 2 arrived before his estimated early arrival time. As his crew off loaded 2 aerators and started working in the front lawn, Oscar walked the entire lawn with me allowing me to point out any areas of concern. He is very knowledgeable and professional. As is the case sometimes with prepaid services, he didn't offer any additional work that would have raised the price. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes, and cleaned up the sidewalks and driveway of dirt plugs from the aerator. We would definitely hire them again, and plan too in the future.

They were very easy to schedule, showed up on time and started working right away. All 3 guys worked without any breaks and made it through our list in the 2 hours. By the end, they had cleaned and bagged everything neatly. We were very satisfied with the work they did for that price.

We have a commercial property in Downtown Silver Spring. They did an excellent job ! They got there very early. Best company we've had since 1977. Definitely using again next year.

Great - yard looked fantastic after they left!

Before the service was provided, I exchanges several e-mail messages with Oscar. He gave me instructions for watering the grass in advance of the appointment on Sept. 28 and told me the type of seed used (tall fescue). Since my grass is Kentucky bluegrass, I would have preferred that seed, but it was not available. The appointment was scheduled for 9 -11 AM and I waited for the arrival before going out for other plans. When I called after 10:15 AM, I was told that the service was rescheduled for later in the afternoon, 3-5 PM. I went out and returned about 3 PM, but the work had already been done. A neighbor told me that she saw the truck about 2:30 PM. I was frustrated with the scheduling issues. After the seeding was done, I noticed birds eating the seed, and tried to keep them away. Oscar told me that it would take about 3 years to see an improvement in the lawn. I've noticed that some areas that were bare look better already - within 6 months. This was the first time that I had this type of service for my lawn in the five years that I've owned my home.

Oscar and his team were great and very happy with the service they provided. I spoke to Oscar before purchasing and I asked when they would be available. He gave me a few dates. I went ahead and made the purchase and he followed up with an email confirming the date and time they would come and do the work. He contacted me the day of the work and told me what time they would be coming. They came on time. They cleaned my flower bed on the front and side of the house. Since they did a great job we hired them again to do more clean up. I am making a list of more things for Remy Landscaping to do :)

We had a problem with the rain keeping them from coming but other wise once the we got past that they came and took care of everything. We are very happy with the company and will use them again and refer to our friends and neighbors.

Were very thorough and professional. Did a great job with our flower beds, which were getting over grown with weeds and also needed pruning. Price for mulch, which they provided, was reasonable. Would use them again.

Awesome service! They really were great and worked as hard as they could within the 12 hours. A great help to our family as we tried to fix up a neglected lawn!

Remy Landscaping has done our lawn care for several years, with reasonable rates, and we will continue with them for sure. They have also done landscaping and pruning of bushes and have done them very well too. They have provided all the services in a skillful manner that we have requested, which has been completely satisfactory. Communication with the owner has been excellent with good response and good advise on what could be important for us to take care of in landscaping.
