The entire team is extraordinary. Alfredo was absolutely fantastic with communication and assessment. Both of my heaters and ACs went out at the same time. They needed to be replaced, and everyone was here bright and early. Today, the day before Thanksgiving, they worked tirelessly in 40-degree weather outside for three hours to resolve the issue. They were incredibly kind when I interacted with them. Outside of the interactions, they were very quiet and unobtrusive. They were, far and away, the most professional contractors I have worked with, especially regarding maintenance arranged by a third party (Choice Home Warranty/landlord). I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Yesterday,a technician came from Quality Ambient LLC on behalf of Choice Warranty. After entering the door, first thing he collected the money-Copy. After checking, I asked him to give me a copy of the inspection report. He told me that the air conditioner was leaking and outside unite also need Freon, before he leaving, he said don't worry, company will take care of it. The inspection results didn't write anything. next day, I received an email from Choice Warranty(Be careful to this company too!!): The content probably means that the air conditioner needs maintenance. I need to find someone to do maintenance first, and then if still necessary, they will send someone to check it. Of course There is another inspection fee. I tried to call Quality Ambient LLC and this technician was not picked up. Based on this situation, I think this is the combination of this insurance company and this repair company to deceive customers, so I am now posting these online, the purpose is to remind everyone to be careful of these fraudulent subsidiaries, not to be fooled by them！！！

I have a home warranty, and they assigned a first company which misdiagnosed and lied to us about the issue, so after getting three independent opinions we called our home warranty and requested a second opinion. Quality Ambient was assigned to us for the second opinion. They were wonderful! They took extra time to find the issue and worked with us to help clarify with the home warranty company the differences in the diagnosis and their second opinion, including providing additional information and photos to the warranty company. All the staff were very nice, called us back quickly, and provided us with information as needed. They were timely, efficient, communicative, honest, and clean (replacing a crawl space furnace is dirty work!). Regarding working hours... we always left messages to answering machines, but received quick calls back. We also received a number of calls outside of their normal business hours if there was information to communicate. We plan to continue using this company.

There is nothing more unprofessional than not showing up at the appointment. They were supposed to arrive between 8am-noon. After waiting all morning, nobody showed up. At noon, I tried two different company numbers and could not get through to an individual despite calling over and over again. I called our Home warranty company and they said they had just gotten a call from the technician cancelling our work order because we refused service since they were going to be 30 mins late. This is not true. They would have been an HOUR late. Dishonesty and unprofessionalism.

It went beautifully. The technician spent a lot of time tracing an intermittent problem. He stuck with it, even when he could not reproduce the error, and found out what was going on. He, and the people with the company were courteous and helpful, and the technician showed up at the time promised.

Awesome service. Alfredo and his team are very professional and honest. They came to my home 2 hours after I called, did the job fast and with great quality.

I contacted Quality Ambient and was able to schedule an appointment for the technician to come to my home right away. The technician was punctual and informative about what he was doing to help solve my problem. It turned out I just needed more refrigerant! My technician explained the work that was being done and even gave me tips on maintenance for the future. I will definitely contact them again.
