We called Neno a couple of week ago based on a recommendation from a neighbor. He came out and gave us an estimate the next day. We immediately hired him, and he completed the work within a week. His crew was on time, clean, and thorough. I'm pretty sure our new retaining wall is going to outlive me.

Nena (the owner) and his brother ran the crews during the construction process. Both of them provided value added throughout the process. When Nena initially came out to review the work we wanted done, he had suggestions on changes to our plan and ways to better incorporate the patio and steps into our current landscaping. While the digging and prep work was being done, his brother continued to offer suggestions on ways to improve the flow of the steps, the location of steps on the patio, the curve of the landing, etc. None of the suggestions increased the price, they just wanted to provide the best functional and aesthetically pleasing product they could.... and they did. Their crews were professional, worked non-stop the whole time they were here, cleaned up the work area when they were done. This final product and the entire process went better than I'd imagined it could. This company epitimized the concept of customer service.
