Description of Work: Mike came within half an hour of receiving my call and trimmed my front tree with a chainsaw in the rain! We needed it cut back because carpenter bees were swarming in it, blocking out front door. He had some trouble getting his chainsaw to work at first, and needed to borrow a wrench, so I had to lower his professionalism grade slightly, but he got the job done on short notice, and overall we were pleased.

+ -1 moreIt went fine. He is a little expensive. He is well trained, but his prices are a little high. It wasn’t easy work, but I think that he needs to be a little more conservative on his pricing. Generally, he's a good company. He was very professional. He seems to know what he is doing. He is a licensed arborist; he's a pretty good guy. I would tell others to just bargain with him. My overall experience with him was good, but not excellent. The price was high.
Description of Work: I had some big trees I needed done.

Description of Work: Mike and his crew took down a large pine tree. They worked quickly and efficiently. They hauled away the large pieces of trunk and branches and shredded the remaining bits. The only very minor problem was some short ruts in our lawn that they did not repair.

Description of Work: We had a large dying tree cut down in our back yard, two outdated and unfashionable large shrubs pulled out in our front yard, and a bunch of dead branches removed from the side yard. They did the work across 2 days, and we were very satisfied with the results. The gentleman we dealt with updated my husband on the progress of the job regularly and finished when he said he would.

+ -1 moreWe needed trees trimmed so that grass would grow in our back yard. He and his workers showed up on time and worked all day without stopping until everything was absolutely clean. He was absolutely professional and courteous.
Description of Work: Michael Tree was utterly professional and worked extremely hard at the job. He did way beyond what he was asked to do.
