I would rate them highly in every category.

They were fine. Our only issue is that their home office is in Gaithersburg. I think the cost was a little higher because of the commute. They did a very good job. It was on time and on budget. We had one issue with an electrical contractor they brought in and we expressed our concern with the owner and he took over. We are going to get a bid from them for additional work we are going to have done. We would definitely use them again.

They sent two guys that were here for 4 hours. The quality of work was good, but the price was just too high.

Worst nightmare. First, two full-time electricians were sent, when the job could have been handled by one or at most, by one with a helper. Next, they overstated the hours worked, put holes in the walls without my prior approval and did not install the smoke detectors properly (instructions were in the box with the smoke alarm and were clearly written). They installed the wrong sized socket covers on one fixture so later that evening I discovered a serious fire hazard: I smelled smoke and burning plastic, and the fixture started to melt. I had to call in another electrician to repair the damage done, which included buying a replacement light fixture, patching up and painting holes in the dry wall, and redoing the entire string of smoke detectors.

The two-man crew that performed the work were extremely professional and conscientious. Even the Inspectors commented on how nice their work was.
