I did not use the service as I learned I needed to have a reapir and not just maintenance or winterization of the furnace.

All went well. Provider did a good job

Set up appointment for furnace checking. Stayed home from work for appointment. After time for appointment came and went, called company. Was told that they had tried to get a hold of me but couldn't reach me. Since I was home and had cell phone, either phone number given would have worked. Was not happy with response and how response was given. Cancelled service and received refund from Angies deal.

It took several rounds of calling and rescheduling before I could finally get him out to perform the maintenance check. He came out in the evening, which I appreciated and was efficient in getting the work done. But then he went through a long process of providing a receipt from his phone. At 8pm, the last thing I wanted to do was stand around for 10 minutes while the contractor played with his phone to give me a receipt. He gave me a recommendation for a coil cleaning, but I decided to go with another provider.

Never showed up. We set up 2 appointments and each time, they never showed. Never contacted us after that. We paid for the special. One of these days we'll request a refund

Very pleasant people to deal with. We had some trouble setting up an appointment, but worked out everything finally. I would certainly use them again.

Once contact was made, a date was agreed upon, he showed up at the appointed time, was courtesy, professional and serviced my unit. I bgot what I wanted and would use Kingsway again.

It was a very good job. He was very efficient and professional. One person came out and he was on time.

Talked with provider after the first no show and was assured that he would come next time. We chose a date for the following week but provider failed to show again... Could not reach by phone.

They were late for the appointment and I had to reschedule twice. I was not happy with their scheduling but I was happy with the job they did. They had cut the wire that connects to the house and he thought it was a vine but he did fix it though.

I thought the service was excellent. He carefully checked the furnace, air conditioner and duct work. He pointed out an installation flaw that will result in the furnace having to work harder to produce heat.. He did not attempt an "up-charge" as many service people do. I will certainly call him for servicing in the future.

Said he would contact me and still hasn't since April 2, 2014. Last response we got from him said that he was scheduling 05/01/2014 and we tried to schedule for that date and still have heard nothing from him.

I purchased an Angie deal for a seasonal furnace or air-conditioner tune-up on March 24, 2014. The vender advised next available appointment towards the end of April. We coordinated a time for 4-6pm on the 24th. Mr Prince came within the time frame. He was nice, gave helpful recommendations to keep the system running. He completed his checks, cleaning and monitoring within an hour.

I purchased the deal and then contacted the provider to schedule the service. I had to wait over three weeks for the appointment. I contacted the provider the day before to confirm the appointment. He eventually called me back at 6pm that evening and inform me that he would arrive by 10am for an appointment timeframe of 8am to 10am. I was aggravated that he planned to arrive at the tail end of the window. On the day of service, the provider arrived at 10:30am. I had to pickup guests from the airport by 11am and could not stay any longer for the service to be provided. Given that my service appointment was the first one of the day for the provider, I was very disappointed that the provider did not leave earlier from his origination to make our scheduled appointment. I do not wish to use this provider again. Thank you.

Evar did a thorough job and made some clear recommendations for using and upkeeping my A/C unit. Great service and will definitely use him again.

Poor service and communication from provider. I initiated contact when provider failed to show for promised service, and after rescheduling, provider did not respond to my calls. Having been treated with such low quality customer service, I cannot trust provider to be in my home.

I have had problems with the service provider. I've been trying to set up an appointment but have not been able to. They don't seem to have it all together. It must be a mom and pop business that is not functioning properly. I'm uncomfortable using this company if i'm having problems just setting the appointment up.

It did not go well at all. Very frustrating to have a company waste your time and not even make an effort to contact you after scheduling a date and time to perform the service.

The initial contact he was very rude, I bought two separate big deals one for $39 for air conditioning and $49 for the heating. At the time of purchase the provider stated that will be honored and that I can use both. But once I called and tried to set up the service he stated that I could not use both coupons. I sensed a poor attitude and negativity and told the provider I would call Angies List and get my money back. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

The service went well; came well prepared to complete the job; very polite and respectful. I especially appreciated the advice regarding how to maintain and keep my furnace going without problems in the future. He was very knowledgeable about the overall product.

After some miscommunication regarding the appointment time, the owner came to perform the work. I had purchased a $39 deal which covered either AC or furnace but since it had been 2 years since the last tune up, I opted to have him work on both. He gave me a $45 discount meaning the cost of adding the AC was just $80. He vacuumed and lubricated moving parts and gave me tips on the humidifier operation. He also offered to fix the channel into which the filter goes as the filter keeps getting stuck.

I have contacted this company and the response time was amazing. All of the the companies I called wanted me to wait two to 3 days. I contacted Kingsway Air Service and Evar was knocking on my door two hours later. Evar came in with booties on his shoes and all of his equipment and my heating issues were resolved within an hour. I forget the name of the peace he replaced, but I thought it would be something that I had to wait on, but this was not the case, he had the part right on his truck and even installed a upgraded thermostat for me at no cost. THANKS EVAR!!!

When I called the company they ,the response was quick. They came over gave me an estimate and a date. He was punctual and polite and did the work with explanation. The job was well done, I will definitely use him again
