+ -1 moreThe tech came and spent a large amount of time here working on my computer. He was very pleasant. He tried to solve the problem but was unsuccessful. I was desperate to get it fixed, so I called the manufacturer of the computer. I got on the phone with them and they were able to help me fix the problem.
Description of Work: I had Friendly Computer come fix my computer. The computer was unable to detect the cd and dvd drivers.
