Dealt with both Bonnie and Alan, both were extremely nice. Bonnie was very considerate about contacting me to let me know what was going on. Alan came out to do an initial inspection. He took his time and was very thorough. He was very good about explaining everything, what he recommended and why. We didn't have evidence of active termites, but based on our house age and location, we decided to get a treatment for peace of mind. Alan came out on the scheduled day and was done by early afternoon. They treated the perimeter around our whole house and porch with Termidor HE, which is supposed last for 10 years+. Aside from doing the treatment at what I think is a very reasonable price, Alan was very nice and considerate. It was clear to me that he legitimately cares about making sure we got the best possible treatment and service. He also made it clear that owns the company and is the only one who handles the chemicals. It was reassuring to have someone who has been dealing with termites and only termites for as long as he has (35+ years).

Termite activity was detected and it was concluded that the previous termite treatment (if any) had lost its effect. The house was completely treated, and then the technician scheduled to visit again in November to check on the level of termite activity again. One payment covers follow-up visit in November and provides a 2-year guarantee.

Allan, the owner, arrived on time and conducted a termite inspection for me. During the inspection he was very friendly, chatty, and helpful. A pleasant get-to-know visit and inspection by a professional/owner vs. a service call from a employee/technician. Allan found no termites or evidence thereof and suggested continued annual exams until the time comes that a new preventative treatment needs to be done. Cost for the exam was $0, which he said is typical in the industry.

I had a positive experience with them. They just seemed very honest and professional. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

In early March, I came home to find hundreds of and quot;ants with wingsand quot; on my front cement steps. After I'd killed them all, I thought that I'd better find out what they were, and if I could expect to get more of them. I sought the advice of a very well-known, highly-advertised company that shall remain nameless (but their initial begins with and quot;Tand quot;, next letter and quot;eand quot;, and ends in and quot;xand quot;). They inspected my house inside and out, and found nothing, but found termites in an old tree stump located very near to my home. The price was nearly $2,000.00. I made no commitment with the man, and decided to try Angie's List. I was able to contact several companies, but the first that was able to come out was BENWARE Termite Control. I spoke with a lady who reminded me of an and quot;Aunt Band quot; type from the Andy Griffith Show. I could swear that I smelled apple pie baking while I talked with her. She was so personable and nice (complete with a few and quot;deariesand quot;), and gave me information on the background of the company along with information on the person who would be coming out, Alan. She had me hold on while she reached Alan, who was already in the field. He had an opening! Alan came out the very next day, on time, and performed the inspection. He did a thorough job, checking all rooms and the exterior. What he found was overlooked by the OTHER guy. He showed me mud tunnels that the termites had made in my basement, and gave me some general knowledge of termites. He explained the process that he would use, the chemicals that he would use, and the time it would take to administer it all. He was so professional and I felt extremely comfortable with him: his degree of knowledge and his sense of honesty assured me that this was the company for me. The following week, he came out exactly at the time that he stated, and began working. It took about 3 hours or so. He worked alone, but systematically did what he had to do. Professional, courteous, friendly, informative, honest, and knowledgeable. Hopefully, I won't have to use his services for termites for another 15 years, but I could certainly see myself inviting him and his secretary, Bonnie, over for fish on the grill!

GREAT COURTEOUS, EVEN CALLED WHEN HE WAS GOING TO ONLY BE 10 MINUTES LATE

He was thorough and explained things well. I know a lot more about termites and treatment now. He treated the house we were selling. He had the equipment in his truck and did the treatment right then. And he kindly answered all my questions about having my dogs/children in and around the house during and after the treatment. He also offered to come by the house we bought again for no charge as the previous owners had a lot of stuff that was blocking some areas and he thought the house showed no signs of treatment and has a lot of risk factors. I called him this morning and he came by today and took his time checking the house out again. He even looked at a children's playground in the yard and answered some questions about it. Every time I called, he was able to schedule an appointment quickly, he showed up on time, and did the job professionally and pleasantly. I will call them again.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR TWENTY FIVE YEARS. THEY ALWAYS COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME OUT, SHOW UP ON TIME AND DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO.
