ATD Landscaping LLC

I had gone back and forth with ATD about scheduling a time to come out for an estimate. They were not super flexible in terms of coming in the evening or weekend (several other companies will do this), considering my husband and I work full time. But finally they did agree to come Monday evening on 5/9. On Thursday around 11 they asked me what time was the earliest I could meet Monday evening. On Friday afternoon I told them I could be home at 4:45. I did not hear back until Monday morning at 10 however in that message they told me that 4:45 would work and to provide them with my address which I did. I left work early, arranged things for my kids, and no one showed up! I sent them an e-mail asking if anyone was coming, no response. The next day I sent another message wondering what happened, no response. On Wednesday they wrote me to tell me that Angie's List's messaging system was delayed and when I would like to reschedule. I have had no other issues with the messaging system and I found them to be very unprofessional. There was no apology whatsoever or acknowledgement to the fact that I just left work early and rearranged everything for them, just "happy to reschedule". I will not be working with this company and they would have gotten a lot of money from us.

They did a good job. I wasn't happy though about how they scheduled the appointment. I gave them a range and they gave me a date and asked me to confirm within 2 days. I didn't realize I hadn't done that and on Friday the 8th sent them an e-mail saying that would work (the next week on Wednesday). I got a reply late that night saying they would be coming the next day instead. I wrote back and asked what time. The next morning when I checked the my e-mail around 10 the reply (received at 9:20 in my inbox) said they were coming "in the morning". I immediately check outside and they were here unloading the mulch. I would have preferred a much better warning about when they were coming so I could have prepared better.

I am not happy with the lack of response to my issue. It even says "we're not happy till your happy" on the paperwork. Yet at the first sign of trouble I am ignored. There are too many other companies looking for this type of work to it up with this. ATD is not the least expensive service around but I thought it would be better. When I do a weed and feed myself and buy commercial product it stops most of the weeds in my yard. I feel like I was charged for nothing. My yard looks terrible. If I don't hear from them I will terminate my agreement with them.

From beginning of scheduling to the actual laying of the mulch, my experience with ATD Landscaping was outstanding. The job went great. No muss or fuss. Will be looking forward to hiring ATD Landscaping in the future.

They were responsive and did exactly what they said promised. I will use them in 2016 for sure.

They were great. Everything was perfect and I had no complaints. They were at the top in everything.

A terrific Angie's Deal! ATD arrived on time and with the anticipated crew. I gave general instructions and had to leave for an appointment. I was thrilled when I returned. Not only were my leaves bagged and ready for pick up but the shrubs were pruned, flower beds cleaned out and weeded, and garden edged. They did a fantastic job and I would gladly hire them again.

It was fine. There were additional costs in addition to the big deal price. I thought they were going to be putting in flowering flowers but I was a little disappointed.

Prompt, professional, helped me estimate how much I'd need to cover. Next time I would ask them to spread it thicker.

We got them from Angie's List. We would use them again in future.

It went great. The designer was right on time, spent about half an hour discussing the design and marking the lawn. The planting could have been scheduled within a week or two, but we had to delay it. They were flexible and could accommodate our schedule. I will definitely be using them again for future landscaping work.

Probably the easiest house/yard work we've ever had done. Requested mulching and they came and put it down while we were away as we asked. Thanks ATD!

TINA HAS NEVER TEAPONDED TO ME. SHE IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORED MY PLEAS TO HELP WITH MY DEAD PLANTS. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN. I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE. THE MOST UNSATISFACTORY I EVER WORKED WITH.

It went very well except there wasn't nearly enough mulch for my entire yard. I would have hoped the provider would have offered to come back with more mulch at a reasonable price but there was no follow up.

I bought a big deal for this service and it turned out okay. I just had a little conflict in scheduling and they came out when I was not home. They mulched stuff that I did not want mulched, that is the only thing. I would have liked better coordination them coming out. They also left plastic bags of empty mulch in the street in front of my house, which I thought was weird, unless they wanted to show me how many bags they used. I would not use them again. It took a couple of times to get to them and then I left them messages. I got a call back the next day, but I was not here. The communication was not really good because I was trying to get them to come at a t different time, but that did not happen. The work was fine except they mulched stuff that I did not want mulched. Also stuff I did not want mulched was mulched because I was not here to tell them because they decided to mulch whatever they thought should be mulched. They were early.

We bought the big deal with ATD landscaping on Angie's list toward the end of May, 2015. They came to the house for the initial consult on June 2, to talk about the planting details. They told me at that time, that it would be awhile before they would be able to schedule the plantings, at least three weeks from that time. Later that week I received an itemized contract and list of the plants I had chosen and information about the size of the planting bed, the extra soil and mulching costs. I noticed on the list, a mistake had been made regarding one of the bushes, and sent them an email. They immediately resolved the problem and sent me the new list/contract within a day. Everything was clear, and I submitted my deposit. It wasn't until June 30th that the actual planting took place and I was concerned that it was so late in the year, especially for the small tree that was included in the package. Still the team that came out, worked quickly and did a beautiful job. They knew exactly where and how to plant the bed and the tree. When they finished they told me they hadn't needed all of the bags of soil and asked if I wanted to keep them, or to return them. I chose to return the unused ones. When my final invoice arrived, I noticed I was still being charged for the original amount of soil and contacted the company via email. Within a day, the invoice was corrected and I printed it out and sent the final payment. Other than the fact that I had to wait over a full month to get my packaged deal, I am very pleased with the quality of the plants and tree, with the quality of the work itself, the communication skills and congeniality of the office staff as well as the workers. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd only recommend careful proofreading of your contracts and invoices. If there is a problem with any of it, ADT. will definitely fix it right away. My plants and tree are thus far thriving and I am very happy with all. The reason I said I probably wouldn't use the company again, although I had no real issue working with them, and no complaint about the quality of work, I did think it was a bit pricey. Admittedly, this was my first experience with a landscaping company and perhaps this is considered a reasonable cost by others. Your mileage may vary.

I bought a big deal for this service. I was disappointed because they could not give me my choice of material. I selected them because they advertised certain plants, but they were out of the plants when I placed the order. I was very disappointed in that, but everything else was okay. They talked me into buying another tree so I had to pay about $65 extra. Basically, if I had accepted their trees, they would have honored the big deal price.

Great! They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

Actually planting took another week, which considering all of the rain delays in their schedule, was very reasonable. The two landscapers could not have been more efficient and did a thorough job. Am very pleased with the quality of plants and service provided by ATD, esp. Tina and the landscapers. A quality organization and highly recommended.

All work and communication were professional and work was as discussed.

After reading the excellent reviews on Angie's List, we decided to purchase a package deal. ATD deserves every positive review and then some. Tina provided an excellent consultation, giving detailed suggestions of what to remove and plant. She even took out the time to walk us though our plot and enlighten us on what kinds of plant life we have. We definitely appreciate our yard now more than ever. The crew completed the work quickly and throughly. The ATD team did such a great job that we're planning to work with them again very soon.
