Great company!! My aging father was calling many companies, and no one would help him because his grass was 3 feet tall and everyone was being slammed after weeks of rain. ATD was so kind and caring and agreed to help him out even though they were so busy, and they did a great job. Even my father (who loves to find fault in all companies) was pleased. Thank you, ATD!

ATD performed basic spring clean-up and landscaping, including trimming of bushes mulching and planting of beds, adding topsoil, significant overseeding and fertilizing of the lawn, and planting of a number of new shrubs. ATD arrived on the date they were scheduled and completed the work in one day. I They were careful to perform all of the work I contracted for, and in the manner we discussed. I was very satisfied with the result and have had several compliments from neighbors.

This company was close to impressing me. Reasonable pricing, responsive, clear contract, etc. They showed up a day earlier than I was told, which was fine. They worked until 7pm, also fine. Here’s what happened: first, they planted bushes that weren’t centered so I had to tell them to replant. While weeding, they pulled out ferns that had just emerged, and they failed to spread mulch across the whole area. I expected better quality for the price I paid. Very disappointed about the ferns, and they never even gave me a discount or offered to replace them. They claim I told them to “pull everything”. If that were true, I suppose I’d have nothing left in the front yard. There is plenty of stuff they didn’t pull. They clearly don’t know the difference between a weed and a fern.

They do a really good job and I would use them again.

I really like this group! Tina was very nice to deal with. She send me the quote fast, and she also e-mailed me the insurance certificate. The crew came on time and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend this company.

I found ATD to be very responsive and helpful. They are very professional yet friendly. They listen to what we want and deliver. I would rate them the best provider that we have had for our property.

I've employed ATD to perform yard work for the season as the result of this initial effort

They are thoughtful, professional and hard-working. Tina (owner) always has time to talk with you by phone, returns emails promptly and will come out to visit anytime you ask. Her assistant Gail is courteous and very helpful with billing issues. Her foremen work non-stop and are extremely polite. They want you to be completely satisfied with the work they have done and will move or rearrange plants/shrubs until you are happy. Can't recommend ATD highly enough! They did a wonderful job. And when they made a mistake, they quickly fixed it at no cost.

I do not recall any other charges. They put in plants, a few new plants in the front yard of a townhouse. I was pleased. I can count on them to do a good job. Any landscaping work I need done. They will be my go to people. If they can not do it, I will find someone else but they will be my first call. It was just landscaping. Picking up the leaves and making things look nice.

Absolute wonderful. They do a great job. They are a little high but they do a good job. I got their information through a big deal and we have used them several times since then. They are always very good. Everything goes smoothly. I like that. When the woman comes and goes over what I want. Then she sends me the estimate. I can pay her and I don't have to be there when it is done. It is done right. You know how sometimes if you are not there, it is not done right. It is done right. The feeling that are a little on the high side is probably just me. They are there on time when they say they are going to be there. I have had no problems at all. I have used them several times.

There was no extra charges. They spread about 25 bags of mulch. They cleaned up all the empty mulch bags. We did not have to do a thing. It was a good deal and I did not have to do it. The women who comes knows her stuff. She makes an appointment and shows up. She is on time, punctual and all of that.

They're good, we started using them last year..They tend to be on the expensive side. They are generally good, but their tends to be a little miscommunication on their part with their folks. The main person there, Tina, I've had her come out and that made a hell of a difference. All my communication now is thru Tina. There were a couple of misques on their part. And nobody said anything and then we noticed something was not done correctly and we called it to their attention. So Tina had to leave and she wasn't there when we finished. They did take care of it. Right now, We will use them in the future.

Started when requested. Requested an in-person visit to go over problems and it was honored. Too early to see results but going as expected.

They're very good and the price was very reasonable. Tina was very lovely and accommodating to work with.

ATD came out first to provide an estimate and talk through some ideas because i wasn't quite sure what i wanted them to plant. Once that was figured out they came out on the agreed upon date and performed everything we talked about. The yard looked great when they left. The issue started a week after they left when one of the trees they planted started dropping leaves. I contacted them and they said it was probably just tree shock and the tree should bounce back. That didn't happen and more leaves fell off so i contacted them again. They sent someone out to fertilize the tree at no cost to me. Needless to say the tree continued to die so i contacted them again and again to give them updates on my dying tree. During this period it would take them a week or so to get back to me always with some excuse. I finally asked them to replace the tree for free since i obviously got a bum tree (the other two trees i had them plant were doing just fine). They said that the trees weren't guaranteed and they intimated that the tree dying was my fault. They offered me a small discount on the tree cost to replace it. Honestly I was quite shocked when i got this response. This to me was such poor customer service. They charge a premium for their services but they don't guarantee the products they plant. Every nursery i have ever gone to has offered free tree replacements if the tree dies. And the issue started happening within a week of the tree being planted not months later. At the end of it all, they did replace the tree for only $50 but quite honestly i don't think i should have had to pay that but it was cheaper than buying the same tree from Home Depot so i agreed.

I give them A's across the board. They do nice work. The work they did lasted through the summer and I didn't have to do much to maintain it.

Aeration probably wasn't what I needed. I have an issue in my backyard where grass wasn't growing. I thought that aeration would help it, it didn't. So it's just kind of like an issue where they were selling a product I didn't really need. Some of those deals I think, for the consumer are difficult and frustrating to deal with because I'm not an expert and they're basically selling a very specific product. They come out, they just perform a service regardless of whether I need it or not. Turns out, I probably didn't need it and it wasn't the solution for my problem. I get charged for it and they do it and they disappear. So it is just kind of like a total loss. You basically get no expertise and no professional actually looking at it and telling what you do and don't do. You basically just are guessing, buying a product, they come out and just do it and leave and take the money. The real issue is, from a service perspective, it wasn't what a consumer really needs and a professional selling that, I think, should be aware of what a consumer needs regardless of whether the consumer is aware or not. The issue with me is, I'm a consumer, I'm not a lawn professional, I didn't know what I really needed. Their listing sort of said or seemed like it would do what I needed to do, but it didn't and I had a professional look at it and they were like, "Yeah, it really wasn't." The deal, if you read it as a consumer, reads like it is, but, if a professional actually looked at what I needed, it wasn't what I needed. I never had a face-to-face interaction with them. I was actually here when they came. They basically just ran over my lawn with their aerator as quick as they could, threw it back into their truck and left. They did what they were supposed to do, but it really was just like, a guy with his thing basically just trying to rake in as much money as he could as quickly he could. They never knocked on my door, they never said hello. They just came out, they arranged the time, they just ran over my lawn with the lawn aerator that I probably could have rented from Home Depot and did myself. It was just very transactional and there was no level of professional face-to-face interaction or even analysis and feedback from them. They were professional in scheduling, they were not professional in delivery of the actual service. They didn't knock on my door, they never asked me about it, they never followed up on it. All they did on their end was what they needed to do to get paid. They didn't do anything to check in with me and that's a service issue, that's a professional issue. If I actually needed the service, the price was probably fine.

I tried out ATD Landscaping for some basic yard work and I was not satisfied with the quality of the work. I emailed them about my concerns and I was not satisfied with their responsiveness. I decided not to hire them again.

Can't rate all of the above because I wasn't home when they provided the estimate. The estimate seemed very thorough and will consider them when the state rules regarding our case.

I have been working with ATD for 3 years now and I am tremendously pleased! Tina, the owner, is a talented and knowledgeable designer who charges a fraction of what others were going to charge me. She has spent hours with me planning and executing our original design, as well as each season since. We live in a secluded area and our yard is always full of deer. Tina has worked hard to ensure that my flowers and shrubs can stand up to them. Her crew is always on time and works tirelessly. They are polite and easy to deal with. They too have spent many hours with me ensuring that everything is trimmed, mulched or planted to my satisfaction. I currently have an annual arrangement with them whereby they come out quarterly to weed border areas and apply deer repellent and/or insecticide. This arrangement has worked well and the price is very reasonable. I am so pleased to be working with ATD! My yard is completely transformed from what I inherited three years ago when I moved in.

ATD did a fantastic job and were able to schedule us at short notice ahead of an event in our yard. They were also very responsive over email during the estimation process.
