+ -1 moreMark was very easy to work with. Very direct and straight-forward. He came at the agreed upon time even though it was late in the evening and finished the job even though it took longer than he expected, because of the way the builder had put in the original window. He refused to accept any extra payment because of the additional time and effort he had to put in, and would only take the agreed upon payment. Would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: I had a broken window in the family room that needed to be replaced. Mark replaced the window with a new one.

Description of Work: I had a broken window hinge on one of my windows so I called the manufacture, Patriot windows (Ryan's supplier), and they gave me Window Wiz's number. Mr. Smith (owner) came out with in a day and fixed my issue all within about 10 minutes. The prices were great and he even explained how these windows work and why the problem occurred. I would not hesitate to use him again for any such issues!
