Description of Work: Value Dry Waterproofing did a quality job that solved my problem. Bill Strong is very knowledgeable and spent a tremendous amount of time talking over options to resolve my water issue. Although I am extremely happy with the job and would use the company again, the estimate/job quote process reminded me a bit like buying a car from a dealership. My advice would be don't settle on the first price you receive. There's plenty of room to negotiate. That's my only slightly negative comment. Otherwise they were prompt, courteous, arrived on time, finished the job on time, didn't run into extra costs, and were available for questions along the way. | |Knock on wood, our basement is perfectly dry since they installed the sump system... ironically, it has never run since it's been installed. That being said, we didn't get tons of water in our basement... just enough to cause problems. | |Before hiring Value Dry, I tried to repair the issue numerous times myself... all resulted in the same problem returning. Value Dry fixed the issue the first time around and we've had numerous heavy rains (and snow) since the system has been installed and we're still dry! Thank you! Peace of mind at last!

Description of Work: I had a major flooding problem in my garage. No one seemed to be able to get a handle on it. Value Dry came in and worked a minor miracle and since they finished we have not had a drop of water where in the past in a heavy rain we got six inches. I would use them again in a moment.
