Tom and his crew did an excellent job for an excellent price. The price included premium Tamco 175 MPH shingles. He removed the old roof and got every single piece of old shingle and paper all the while protecting my landscaping and lawn. He was excellent to work with. Highly recommend.

Wonderful! Very precise and thorough in both the design of the basement and very perceptive and open to changes. We have worked with Tom several times through the years and he is our go-to contractor. He has tackled a variety of jobs both big and small and in every case we have been completely satisfied. In fact, we just called him again for some work on the front of our home.

Tom Spinks is the consummate contractor. Always professional, always honest, skilled and always timely. He is a perfectionist and uses the best of materials. He has done the work I listed above over the past 10 years and I have never had cause to complain or ask him to correct any work. I will call on him in all future projects requiring his skills. by the way the approximate cost I entered includes all project. I am currently negotiating to have my finished basement remodeled after a sewer backup nearly destroyed the room. He is the best at what he does!

We had a raccon get into the attic and did major damage to part of the roof. Tom took the time to give me a fair quote for the entire roof. When I found out I couldn't afford the whole roof, he took the extra time to give me a quote to do just part of the roof. The roofing repairs looks great as well as the new shingles and flashing around the chimney. The workmenship was A+ work!! What I like about working with Tom was his low key personality. In a time when everyone seems in a rush and not listening to everything that you want, Tom takes the extra time and really listens to what you want done. He doesn't ask about how much money do you have to spend on the project, he just prices the job accordingly to what it actually cost, which to me is a blessing. We are currently working toward putting new shingles on the rest of the roof. I've enjoyed working with Tom, that I have several project that I plan over the next couple of year for him to work out. I really don't think you can go wrong choosing TW Spinks for any type contracting work to be done around the house.
