Very professional. Arrived on time each day. Totally cleaned up after themselves. Didnâ t mind all of the questions I had. The gutter project looked amazing.

Very poor quality work (poorly mixed driveway sealant, incomplete crack filling). Will not respond to repeated requests to correct problems.

Henry was very proactive from estimate to completion. They cleaned and restained our boathouse decks and sealed our driveway. Excellent work and would highly reccomend!

Henry was very friendly, professional and offered great pricing. Even after we indicated we were not happy with the driveway sealing, he returned to do it over. However, even with the do over, there are VERY visible brush strokes in the sealing. We have had the driveway sealed multiple times and this did not happen.

I hired Henry Taylor to seal my asphalt driveway. Within days the *sealant* peeled and is washing off the driveway. He will not return my calls. He has similar reviews on Google, Home Advisor, and Angi. If there is a problem with the job, he will not respond.

There were deck pieces to be replaced and they used simple wood planks, not proper pressure-treated wood. Said home depot was out of proper wood. But home depot was not out of this material. Also, after they left, noticed that paint had gotten on the wall by the deck, and there were also paint splashes on the exterior of the front door frame. Also started the work 3 weeks after their scheduled start date.

Excellent response, price and work. When they got great estimates from TNT after I told them about TNT, three of my neighbors also got their driveways sealed. All were pleased with the price and work.

What rating would you give a contractor who over a 5-week period performed no services that were contracted. The contract was to power wash and re-stain a deck and gazebo which were not in bad shape at all. You see twice in 6 years the deck and gazebo had been stain using 4x with no flaking or surface issues. T.N.T. came out and Henry impressed me enough to contracted with him via their online contract on the 26th of May. The deck power washing and re-staining were scheduled to be completed by July 4th. When T.N.T. had not started the project start date a week later, I called Henry and got no answered. I emailed T.N.T. to see why they had not started my project. He emailed me back explaining that 2 of his men test positive for COVID-19 and they would have to undergo the 14-day COVID-19 isolation protocol. And, that T.N.T. would not be able to complete the simple deck and gazebo power wash and re-stain using Behr Premium stain until after the 4th of July. In retrospect I now believe he was looking to get out of the contract. On July 2nd I called to confirm start date. He said the workers under covid-19 isolation were getting tested the 3rd and 5th of July. On the 5th, Henry said they could start on July 8th I said to Henry the 8th and the 9th of July were projected to be near 100 degree and they could start defer until the July 12th with NO further delays. Henry Turner/T.N.T. agreed to the better staining conditions. This was the last time they could not be reached or responded again. Please note the contract price was proposed by T.N.T. and actually on par with other bids before and after I notified them their contract was terminated for none performance. One other thing. Make sure you have every task documented in the contract if you are desperate enough to use them. In my rating system. Non-Performance and NO Show = Zero Stars. One star was given to show disapproval of T.N.Ts no show.

T.N.T (Henry the owner) was prompt and followed through on phone calls and appointments. Very friendly, and they did a good job. I already recommended them to a friend, who hired T.N.T for sealing their driveway (they were very satisfied as well). I also hired T.N.T to replace and repair a couple of small sections of my gutters and downspout. I recommend T.N.T

Very thorough job in sealing and coating the driveway.

I hired TNT to power wash and stain my neglected deck and to fix the steps, which had become askew over time. They quoted me a fair price from the start and were able to knock out the project in two days, even when they ended up having to replace the full stringer of steps. Henry (the owner) did a great job of communicating throughout the process and I would definitely use TNT again for future deck work and other home improvement projects. Highly recommend.
