Rudd's Indoor Environment

Danny is very detailed and loves what he does. He s not one that will take advantage of you for the money. He s very respectful and very honest. I would definitely say choose Rudd 1st!

It was a pleasure to work with Daniel. We had a complicated situation with multiple sources of mold. Throughout the evaluation and testing period, we were impressed with Danny's scientific expertise and his professionalism. He was always available to consult with us, to explain the results, and help us decide on various next steps. I would say he goes above and beyond for his clients. I recommend him highly and would not hesitate to hire him again. As a side note, it is very difficult to find experts with the appropriate credentials who do not have a conflict of interest. So Danny does not do remediation - and that is the way it should be.

Mr. Rudd spent an extended period of time, on the phone, talking to me about the mold I have seen in our bathrooms. He explained in detail the process for testing for mold an how soon I would expect results. He was on time, extremely polite, and explained each and every testing process he was performing. He answered every question I had and even called me when he was about to send me the results of the testing. I cannot think of anything that could have been done better. Great communication; great person. I would use him again anytime and anyplace and would and will recommend him for anyone seeking mold solutions.

He does inspection and testing, not repairs. He spent a lot of time here, explained everything thoroughly, and tested for the presence of water and CO2 as well as mold. His written report is also very useful.

I hire professionals for highly technical work but do most of my home projects myself. Knowing nothing about indoor air quality I reached out to a number of companies and decided on Dan Rudd’s company because he was highly rated in Home Advisor and he was the most affordable. Dan took the time to explain the entire process to me, which I always appreciate. Admittedly, I ask a lot of questions and Dan was able to answer all of them and educate me on the whole process. Dan also let me know what to expect should the mold readings come back high. Luckily, they didn’t and Dan promptly sent in a report and he also called me to explain what the results meant and how I could make my indoor air quality better. If you’re looking to test the air quality of your home I highly recommend Rudds indoor environment. I will be using them again should I need testing done in the future.

I shopped the pricing around. The rate is pretty standard. Mr Rudd couldn’t complete the rest on the first day he was here so he was happy to come back. Really took time to explain everything. Would recommend him to a friend.

Daniel Rudd, was very professional and thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. He and his assstant arrived on time and were very efficient. Daniel even followed up with me regarding the report and for any questions that I had. They made me feel at ease. Thank goodness it was determined via the report that there was no mold present. The icing on the cake, was that my cat, Theo, had taken a liking to his assistant and would not stop meowing/talking to her...lol. I would definitely recommend Rudd’™s services to others

Rudd's company is good at Mold testing, professional and efficient but if the results is indeed mold this company does not do mold Remediation and you would have to hire someone else for mold Remediation. I thought the job was pricey.
