+ -1 moreThe contractor (Leonardo) canceled the signed contract by email one day before the work was supposed to start. In the email, he asked me to go and find another installer. Very disappointing to say the least. Will not recommend.

+ 0 moreThey arrived at the time I especially requested and phoned beforehand to let me know they were on the way. On arrival one room had the wrong color boards. With no fuss they confirmed the correct color and board, called the shop and immediately went and changed the board. The whole installation of three rooms and a large kitchen was completed in a day - they arrived at 9:15AM and stayed until they finished at 7:30PM. The workmanship is outstanding. They cleaned up everything, polished the flooring and both removed and replaced all the furnishings. By the evening we were sitting in our living room as usuals - you would not have known such major work had taken place during the day. They were very polite and very professional. I would highly recommend them.
