They had a reasonable price but unfortunately we've had multiple issues with the fireplace requiring Estrada to return for repairs. The brick color provided does not match our existing pavers and the contractor refuses to address this problem. We won't be using this contractor in the future and do not recommend their services, which is unfortunate because they performed better work when we hired them in 2012.

The work looks beautiful. He provided excellent ideas for our patio and was very responsive. We are very happy with the work that his crew did and we would use his services again.

Estrada Design and Build is a company others should aspire to be like. They set a very high standard and working with them was a genuine pleasure. The project began with architect drawings and receiving several bids for the job. Estrada stood out in the care they took in understanding the architects and our intent and making thoughtful and helpful suggestions about the construction and construction approach. They also stood out in their absolute commitment to our schedule and executing within budget -- both of which they did. Because our property abuts a golf course, extensive coordination was required with the HOA architectural committee and the golf course to ensure drainage and the impacts of any runoff from the new construction was mitigated. This ultimately required two dry wells and perimeter drainage. Estrada and the architect both made themselves available at the convenience of the HOA Architecture committee and the golf course superintendent and successfully addressed their issues on the first meeting. Once construction began, the crew was thoroughly professional and conscientious about keeping the site as clean as possible and minimizing the impact on neighbors. The work involved excavating, stone masonry, new electrical and gas lines, masonry walls, installing new irrigation, fire bowls and fire tables, a water feature, and multiple new plantings in the gardens, as well as trees and shrubs. The quality of all this work is absolutely superb. Most impressive, any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed by the company president, Steve Estrada. Steve made himself available 24/7 by email and phone. Most of my emails were answered within an hour. Steve made the point in our initial meeting that they were a small company with a highly skilled team and his intent was to keep things that way to ensure the highest quality. In my experience, he has met that goal and then some.
