Fast responsive service. It was freezing cold and our power kept going in and out. Mike had someone here right away. He took his time and tested everything inside our home. He fixed anything he found along the way. He checked all connections on the outside of the house as well. It turned out it was a BGE issue, but thanks to Jason we were able to tell BGE exactly what they needed to know to resolve the issue. It was well worth the $99 just to have him here and check out all the connections and panels in our home. I will be calling Mike for all my future electrical needs.

Lights wouldn't come on in dining room and electrician found a bad dimmer switch and fixed it in minutes. Fixed dimmer switch in foyer. Great efficient service! And we have light again.

I purchased a coupon through Angie's List for the job. They were prompt about contacting me to schedule the appointment and arrival on the scheduled day. The electrician did a great job and completed the work in less than an hour. I would recommend Deshaies Electrical Services to other people looking to hire an electrician.

This honestly is the best customer service oriented company I have used on Angie's List, among many!!! On time, professional, clean, excellent work, and great technicians!! Truly great and if you need electrical work done look no further, this is obviously a well run company that gets customer service, quality, and value!! I won't need Angie's List next time I need an electrician!!

He was prompt and professional, he was not a smoker which was refreshing. He worked the entire time not even taking a break for lunch or phone calls. I was very impressed. It is a month later and none of the things he fixed are giving us any issues.

The young man who did the work was very competent, professional, and quick. I would prefer offers that are more specific than $200 worth of services, for example 2 hours of service or 1 hour of service. I was not really sure how much I could ask him to do and was left feeling that I maybe had not gotten my money's worth. But the light fixtures are installed and I am happy to be able to use them again.

They came out and looked at the job and said he couldn't do it because it wasn't up to code in what I wanted to have them do. I agreed they couldn't do the job and then talked to the office people and said it would cost an additional $600 dollars so I decided not to go with this company.

Service was fantastic. I did not know how much work one hour would allow for, but all three projects I had considered were completed within time. Everything was carefully explained to me, from the work being done to future maintenance and projects. I was especially impressed by how polite, friendly, and patient the electrician was. I absolutely will use them again.

I purchased service via an Angie's List "Big Deal." The company was very responsive and we were able to rapidly schedule service. On the day of service, the technician was about an hour late (hence the B for punctuality), but the quality and professionalism were excellent. I would definitely consider for my next electrical project!

Mike returned my phone call very quickly and was able to come to my house to give me an estimate on finishing the electrical work in my basement. The work consisted of 12 power receptacles and 6 recessed lights and 2 pull chain light. He provided a very reasonable estimate but in the end I went with the cheapest estimate, which I hope I we don't end up regretting. Mike was very professional and punctual. I hope to be able to use them in the future.

The problem turned out to be not a real problem, it was a switch I didn't notice... we were only charged for their visit. I asked them to give an estimate on some other work I wanted to have done in the bathroom. They gave a very reasonable estimate, and provided the info in an email for us on the following day. I later got some other estimates on the same work which I found to be a joke.. The price/quality ratio that DeShaies offered seems to be right on par with expectations of good service.

Provider was recommended by the contractor who painted our kitchen. He responded within a couple hours of the initial phone call. He was knowledgable, professional and friendly. We would definitely call him again.

First class install!!! Mike was prompt and professional. Mike went out of his way to make the job look very neat compared to other installs in my neighborhood. I plan to use Deshaies Electrical Services LLC on a couple of other jobs in the fall. If you need any electrical work done the first and only call you should make is to Deshaies Electrical Services LLC.

The installer performed the rough in work on 12/21. The job involved wire running in a rather cramped attic area above the garage.The county inspector approved it, saying the work looked very professional.The finish work was performed on 12/31. Work was completed quickly and looks great!
