C & G Chemdry

My experience with C&G Chem-Dry was great. Spoke to Gary who scheduled my appointment and answered my questions. He was very pleasant, professional and thorough. Lou arrived on time (actually a little early) to clean my carpet. He was also very pleasant and professional. He explained everything he was doing and took his time to make sure all spots were removed from my carpet. I was very pleased with their service. My carpet looked great. They can be a little pricey (they were having a special when I scheduled). However, I will use them again and highly recommend them.

He did a great job. The carpets looked great. And, he donated his time to help our building look its best for Easter and saved us the cost listed. He is a great guy, hard worker, honest, and I would highly recommend his services.

Garry arrived on time and introduced his 'helper.' He and his helper quickly set up. I've been using C and G for years, so Garry and I did spend a little time talking about our children. Then, Garry and I walked around and I pointed out the work I wanted to have done. He used his laser measuring device, and quickly worked up an estimate. I then revealed that I had a coupon, and Garry honored the discount. Then Garry and his helper got down to work. They lay down padding to protect my wood floors from the moisture generated by their machines. Garry worked very hard to make the white carpeting on the front hall stairs (WHAT WAS I THINKING??) look clean again. He protected my furnishings from the damp carpet with squares of aluminum and moved furniture into the master bedroom bathroom, when practical so that they could get to all of the carpet. They leave the carpet ALMOST dry, unlike many steam cleaners. When the job was essentially, I moved a throw blanket aside and discovered a big long stripe of Spackling ground into the sofa back! My husband had apparently sat down on the couch with wet spackling on his shirt. I lamented the discovered and Garry hurried back, pulled equipment out of his car, and took care of the mess with no additional charge. Garry is a friendly, hard-working guy, and I would certainly recommend his business. After you use him once, he'll begin sending you coupons, which is also helpful.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON CLEANING ALL MY CARPETS. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. GREAT PROFESSIONALISM AND THE WORKERS WERE NEAT. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT TOO.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH. THE OWNER IS ALSO A MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY, SO HE WILL STAND BY HIS WORK.

I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THIS COMPANY DID. I WAS IN NEED OF HAVING MY CARPETS DONE ON A 24 HOUR NOTICE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THIS CHALLENGING REQUEST. THE CAME THE VERY NEXT DAY, DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON MY CARPETS FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME COSTLY UPGRADES AND OTHER SERVICES WHILE THEY WERE HERE, AS HAS BEEN THE CASE WITH MANY OTHER CARPET CLEANERS I HAVE USED IN THE PAST.
