I found Ferris Blinds through a web search for blinds companies in my area. I corresponded with them speaking with both Anne and Steve. They're just great people to work with. Very easygoing and worked around my schedule for both the consultation at my house and then the installation. Steve came to the house, measured, talked about different types of shades and then produced a quote for me right on the spot. When he came back for the installation, yes he's the owner but did the installation himself, it was incredibly quick. He made what I thought was complicated look easy. I'm really happy with my new shades, they're beautiful and do exactly what I needed them to do. Thanks for the great service Steve and Anne!
