RTI Solutions is fully insured and certified to provide remodeling and restoration services. We are equipped and staffed to handle jobs of any size. We understand how difficult it can be to see your home and property damaged, when the unthinkable happens. With over 30 years of experience, we strive to make your experience the best it can be under the circumstances. We specialize in fire and smoke restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, structural drying, home inspections, “Move-In-Ready" Services, and more. Many realtors are offering property management services to their clients. We offer same day and 24-hour services to all property managers. We will access the units, assess any damage, problem areas, broken appliances, etc..., supply you with an estimate and a time frame for repair. Most repairs can be completed on the same day or within a day or two depending on when the material will arrive. We currently work with many realtors and property management offices in Worcester County to provide a walk-through with the seller to point out items an inspector would identify as remediation in an inspection report. We will prepare an estimate for any required repairs as well as provide a list of recommended improvements to increase buyer interest. Recommendations such as painting, flooring, counter-top replacement, and general handyman services will make any home "MOVE-IN-READY"! Recently we have been taking inspection reports from realtors and providing estimates to complete any necessary repairs needed to make homes move in ready for their sellers. These repairs are being completed quickly before closing! We guarantee our services are the most effective available today. We will not perform any work without confirmation. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure your home or office is restored to your complete satisfaction.
