+ -1 moreThe service was excellent. Many viruses and miscellaneous files were removed. The internet connections was restored and malware software was installed. My computer responds much faster and I'm very satisfied with the service performed.
Description of Work: Scrubbed my computer for many viruses and extraneous files. Also needed to determine why my internet connection was not functioning.

Description of Work: While traveling on vacation, I received a Hard Drive failure message and was unable to boot my business laptop. Expresstech was able to solve the boot sector error and clone my hard drive in the event there was a failure. machine was down for about 4 hours and returned in perfect working order. Wish I had this kind of tech assistance in my residential area, but it was wonderful to find it in a vacation location.
