The sales rep was very good, very professional and very thorough. She gave us a lot of options with different price points. She was very responsive. We were not there when they did the work but when we got there, the installation was very professional and well done. They were the only people we used and they did a real good job. They got it done in the time they said they would. They were very professional.

 + -1 moreI had Designing Windows install several window treatments in my home in the past few years so when I was doing some remodeling and the window treatments suffered some damage, I asked them to come in and make the repairs. They were prompt and professional. They even worked on a window treatment that they had not installed. Very pleasant!
Description of Work: Replaced a broken connector on a vertical blind slate. Replaced the header on a set of vertical shades and rehung verticals that were removed for remodeling.
