Tony and his team provided very professional home improvement services in our condo and kept us updated throughout the process. The Coretec luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout is durable and looks great. Tony shared design ideas and worked with us to select the perfect flooring, paint etc. for our project. Tony installed 2 ceiling fans flawlessly by completely imbedding the unsightly wires in the concrete. The fresh paint and lights give our condo a fresh, contemporary and updated appearance. Tony is very detail oriented and takes pride in his craftsmanship.

Tony brought my dreary, old 1973 condo completely up-to-date and made it a stunning show piece. The entire project went exceptionally well. Tony took ownershipof it as it were his own. He did what he said and he said what he did. He routinely offered suggestions to enhance either the appearance or functionality of the project. Because he sent both before and after pictures, phone calls, and very detailed records of expenses on a daily basis there were no suprises--other than pictures just didn't do justice to the overall quality of the work performed. Tony also went above and beyond in conveying problems he identified to the HOA. Being nearly 5 hours away made it difficult at best for me to deal with the unpleasantries. He met with an HOA rep on multiple occassions to point out various issues that were not even a part of the project. Tony had a key throughout the project and will retain it for future use. I look forward to working with Tony on Phase II of my home improvements.

Gentleman was friendly, on time,and did nice work. I should have been more detailed on work desired but overall very happy with work. His employees were also nice and competent.

Glenn provided us with detailed drawings that redesigned and opened up our condo's kitchen. We gained a cabinet and an undercounter trash cuboard. They had before/after pictures to show us from other kitchens they had remodeled and very positive references we could verify. Each week, we got a detailed report of the hours they worked each day and exactly what work was done. Receipts were provided for each piece of material they bought. Some new appliances were installed but now even our old ones look new. They kept to the time frame we needed and came in well within the budget they projected. Their work is outstanding and after much research, the most reasonably priced. They care about their customers and are readily accessible by email or cell phone.
