Larry, President of Coastal Isulation was extremely responsive to my calls, questions and a quick turnaround on the estimate. Larry was able to wor with me on the price and gave me a price that worked with my budget. I was impressed with the timeless and responsiveness from Larry. The insulation was complete within one day. Larry even followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was happy! (dont ever get this from contractors!). Larry even sent me a nice hand written note thanking me as a customer.

The service was great. Larry was punctual and clean. He cleaned up and made sure everything was in the place it was before the job was started.

Overall, they did an excellent job. I liked the attention that Larry Holdren gave. He was responsive and professional, and really appeared to have my interest as a homeowner at heart. He was looking for ways to help me minimize, not maximize the cost and seemed to be really knowledgeable in his field of work.
