Its been great. They were very friendly, they showed up on time, they were great to work with and they make sure if I am okay.
Description of Work: They scheduled a work for my water damage in my house in the beginning of June.

The energy audit was performed as expected and was reasonably professional. From there it went downhill. It took several weeks to receive a report after pestering their employees and when following up to the original inspector, both him and his supervisor never responded. They have since been dropped as a participating contractor on Pepco's list.
