Description of Work: They came out the same day I called. The repair man called in advance to let me know when he would arrive. Sadly, the washing machine I needed repaired is so old (20 years) that I was told that no parts could be found to fix it. He suggested I get a new one. He was very informative and educated me on a number of issues. I guess my only suggestion would be that the person I talked to when making the appointment could have asked me how old my machine was because that would have saved me $75. But otherwise I was pleased with the service and would call them again.

A call on a Sunday received a response within an hour to set up an appointment first thing on Monday. | |He was on-time, provided a temporary fix while waiting for a part and installed that part the next day. He even searched out a less-expensive part supplier when he felt the first place he checked was overpriced. | |Most of the cost of the call was the part, not the labor. | |I was very impressed with the service, knowledge, response time and cost.

Description of Work: Replaced condenser and fan in a side by side refrigerator

Description of Work: gave me a price to high price to fix and didn't recommend fixing, I took it appart, found nothing wrong- when reassembled it worked fine and has now for 6 months....asked for my money back on the incorrect estimate- never got a call back

Description of Work: They repaired my stove. On the first visit they correctly diagnosed the |problem and ordered the part. They told me they would return in one week |to replace the part. Sure enough, they were back in one week with the part |and my stove was fixed! Came on time, kept appointments,and were were pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. |
