Description of Work: Was non-responsive on an request for quote. When this was pointed out to them by a mutual friend the response was it was a mistake. After following up once them once again became non-responsive without providing a response. I took my time out to meet their new estimator, provide drawings, after walking the job once they were never to be heard from again. I have to imagine I am better off.

 + -1 moreI called Mr. Franzetti and told him that water was coming in around a vent boot on my roof. He and two workers responded promptly--within a day I believe. Once they looked at the problem they went to the store and purchased two roof boots. They checked the rest of the roof and said it looked good. While they were on the roof after making the repair, I asked if they would mind washing my one sky light. They were happy to do it. They were very professional and I appreciated that they were willing to take on this small job.
Description of Work: They replaced 2 roof boots that were leaking on my roof.

 + 6 moreThe work got off to a great start, then weather related issues occurred that slowed the work. The guys were all very courteous and respectful of our property. Don Esch is a very personable guy, very easy to work with and patient with my million and one questions. The house looks great. We didn't make things easy for this company by constantly changing our minds. What originally started as small project mushroomed into a major exterior renovation.
Description of Work: Enclosed two open decks into finished indoor living space. The rear deck was 10 x 28' and the font deck was 10 x 14'. Enclosing the decks required building new roofs, walls and reinforcing the supporting structures. Installed all new double hung windows, removed old and installed new vinyl siding, installed azek band board around entire house, removed old decking/stairs and installed new, enclosed exterior doorways that were no longer needed, removed existing deck cat walk, upgraded electrical and installed new vinyl railings. They also took care of numerous miscellaneous items: installed new dryer vent, repaired ceiling in garage, weather proofed and installed bead board soffit ceiling in screen room, removed old baseboard heaters, dry wall repair, capped fireplace, and took care of miscellaneous baseboard trim replacement.

I was very stressed and not able to find another company to come out, however, Apex came out right away to assist. I can only speak positively about my experience with Apex regarding each time I have used them. They stayed until the job was complete and followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend Apex to anyone who needs siding, roofing, or other construction performed to their home.
Description of Work: I have used this provider on numerous occasions including the installation of siding and to replace a roof. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of work and their professionalism. As for my most recent contact with Apex, they assisted me in the worst of times and provided outstanding, prompt service. I had a flood which caused significant damage to my downstairs level of my home. Apex came out and addressed removal and restoration of the soaked carpeting and made sure that the downstairs level was completely dry before they returned a few days later and completed the job.

My previous tenants left me with quite a mess and destroyed carpet and walls throughout this three bedroom property. I contacted Apex and spoke to the owner, Juan, who came out the next day to assess my situation. They were able to offer me great pricing for not only new carpets and paint/wall repairs , but after talking with him and feeling so comfortable with his knowledge and experience , I ended up having them replace the windows and the siding also. Not only did they save me a bunch of money, they saved me a ton of time and aggravation. I definitely plan to use Apex Construction in the future. I am very pleased with everything they did and would recommend them to all.

 + -1 moreApex Construction gave me the most competitive bid on replacing my asphalt shingle roof. They showed up at 730am and did the whole thing that day! They were very cautious of my gardens and didn't leave any trash or mess at all. Juan, the owner, was at the site most of the day making sure everything ran smoothly. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. I will use Apex again for sure, they definitely don't subscribe to the 'slower-lower' mentality. They are very professional and Juan always answered his phone when I called.

 + -1 moreHe quoted me a $1000 to repair the damage that my roof did have after he told me that my roof as a whole was probably good for another 5 or 6 years. He came out and repaired the damage we had, and said it came in under what they had expected so he lowered the price to $600. He was honest throughout the process, and I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He looked at the roof and gave me an honest assessment of the damage my roof had, and told me I didn't need a whole new roof yet. He fixed the shingles that were damaged.
