Mr. Delsignore seemed interested in providing estimates for work on two houses we have in Garrett County and did so promptly. Our architect reviewed his estimate on the larger project, which involved ongoing work on an older house under renovation, and indicated that the estimate for the fairly simple scope of work was high. So I asked Mr. Delsignore to speak to the architect who drew up the scope of work to discuss it and ensure that he understood the scope of work and discuss the projected cost. Immediately after being asked this, Mr. Delsignore indicated that he was no longer interested in either project and claimed that he was too busy with another project to do either. Our skepticism about Mr. Delsignore concerns his failure to follow through on either project in a professional manner. As soon as his estimates were questioned by a knowledgeable professional, he disappeared. So we would caution anyone working with an architect, engineer or other professional that might oversee, question, or inspect the work and estimates that Mr. Delsignore provides, that he might resist such oversight and disappear when confronted with it.

Jason is excellent. He knows the best subcontractors. We had him build our finished 1 st floor. Carpentry, drywall, painting, insulation. Really cared about the quality of the work. And he is a pleasure to work with. We recommend him highly.
