After a DIY grout removal job gone terribly wrong in a Saturday afternoon, I was on the phone trying to find professional solutions who could fix my problem within 72 hours (the following Tuesday), as we had family coming into town. After putting my request in on Home Advisor, I received a call from Eric at Tub Coaters. I described the damage and the problem (or what I THOUGHT was the problem) and he made room on their schedule to come by the house the following Monday. He estimated 3 to 4 hours for a re-glazing job. Upon arriving, they assessed the situation, realized that my initial assessment was slightly off, and instead implemented a reasonable, quality solution to fix the issue in 45 minutes for a fraction of the cost. Instead of going down the path of charging me for a larger job that I didn t need, they were honest and gave me the best solution. I appreciate that kind a professionalism and honesty, as that seems to be more and more rare these days. I would recommend Tub Coaters to anyone looking for a responsive, professional, well organized contractor.
