Total Liquid Cleanup, LLC

We are preparing to put our house on the market and had never had our carpets cleaned. I thought about a Groupon, but the price seemed too good to be true for the services that you're "supposed" to receive. After reading so many negative reviews, and not wanting to deal with poor quality/service, I decided to go with a referral from a friend. I'm very glad that we selected Total Liquid Cleanup (TLC). The owner (Terry) showed up on time, gave me options for what we wanted to get done (not a hard sell, just more suggestions), and did an excellent job with the work. Our carpets are generally in good shape, but I was surprised and DISGUSTED by how much dog hair and dirt came out in the dirty water (after we had vacuumed with our $400 vacuum!). The deodorizer really helps the carpets (8 years old) feel like brand new again. I wish that I had known about TLC when our basement flooded when our hot water heater went up this fall. I would say that the price was very fair. Probably not the cheapest price in town, but all equipment was brand new and Terry did a thorough job... well worth a few extra bucks, or messing around with a Groupon, where they will upsell you anyway. I would use TLC again.

I have 3 large dogs that have free roam of my house and my carpets have taken a toll due this. I thought I was going to have to get all new carpets! Total Liquid Cleanup came in and proved this wrong... My carpets looked new and the cleaner they used had my entire house smelling amazing! This clean fresh smell lasted as well! I will definitely call them again when the carpets are ready for another cleaning.

We were very satisfied . Thought we would have to replace carpet in a year,now the end result looks like our carpet is new.
