I made several attempts by email to contact the provider to have a discussion prior to meeting regarding the estimate. The calls were not returned. A call was only received on the day I was supposed to meet with the representative asking if I was coming and not addressing the emails.

We had some communication / responsiveness issues with the designer early on (and understand she is no longer with the firm), but the project manager and the individuals doing the work were all very good to excellent. Overall quality of the work was very good. The project took longer than expected (by both us and service provider) to complete, but some of that was due to permitting/inspection issues (and the firm did a great job navigating through that process withArlington county).

The project went extremely smoothly. Materials arrived when promised. Workers were tidy and professional. (I would recommend all of the subs.) Everyone was courteous and communication was good.
Description of Work: David Bannasch designed and served as project supervisor for our complete kitchen remodel. While we did not change the footprint we did move fixtures and add numerous new cabinets. David supplied all cabinets and arranged for all contractors.
