Great company from estimate to finished job. Friendly helpful in setting everything up came with a great crew very professional and cleaned up everything before they left . A wonderful job. Great family owned company. Great people.

Severe winds ripped multiple shingles off of our 15 year-old roof. I contacted Roofing Pups on Friday or Saturday since the company is open 24 hours. The earliest they could come was Monday, which was fine. Alexander came to the house to assess the damage. He said the roof is too old for a patch and they could not guarantee their work unless we replaced all the shingles. And since it was the company's off-season and we did not have to finance the project, I receive an impressive deal. He convinced us to sign a contract at once since the adjuster would arrive in the afternoon and our insurance would take the estimate into consideration. The conversation heavily resembled a sales pitch more than estimate. I mention this because it can scare people but from what I researched the information Alexander gave me was accurate. The company communicated well with me throughout the process. They delivered the materials the next day and the roof was done in a few hours the day after. They did warn us that if wood needed to be replaced in the attic, which we ended up needing, they would add it to the bill. The biggest negative was they were pushy with payment. They wanted it as soon as the next day. This issue was partially our fault due to a miscommunication with the insurance. I wish Alexander had made it clearer they rely on payment from the client first as many people would be new to the process of installing a new roof. I wish I could put 4.5 and I would definitely recommend them.

Great job from estimate to the prompt early morning arrival and completion by the end of day. They we highly professional and completely cleaned up the entirety of the worksite including dragging magnets to pull up stray roofing nails. Very happy with them and would recommend to any.

I was impressed with the salesmen that came to my home.they worked with me and assured me my roof would be replaced the next day. Not what I wanted to do but a necessity. I was told the materials would be delivered at 7 this morning. They were. I was told the crew would start at 730. They didi have full confidence in this company and would recommend them to everyone

Wanted to have an exterior steel security door installed. I interviewed several companies. Air Tite made a visit. They had a large assortment of doors I could choose from. The rep was very nice. He answered all of my questions. I like this company because they had what I wanted, did not pressure me to make a deal, and the price was in line with other companies I spoke with. I got a call on 5/16 stating that my door was ready, and the door was installed on 5/22. The installer was nice. He introduced himself and started work immediately. It took several hours. When he was done, he explained the door and was ready for any questions I had. My door is sturdy and strong. I feel more secure, especially in the summer time when I like to leave the front door open for air. The installer was neat. He cleaned up after himself. My entire experience with Air Tite was good. They were prompt, the rep was nice and non-invasive. The installer was prompt, and did a good job. Air Tite's price was reasonable and in line with the market estimates.

It was a little pricey but they did good work. They did a good job putthing the doors in. It was a pretty quick turn around between when I ordered them and when they were able to be installed. The door quality was good, they make their own doors and windows. The installation was well done. The only thing I would say was that it as a bit pricey. They do really good work though so it was worth it to pay a little more.

I liked the owner of the company. I think his name was Curtis Taylor. They kept their word about everything and were very professional. The work that they did was good. Their price was around the same as everybody else. I would use them again in the future.

They were great. They were very responsive when we called initially. They were responsive with the appointment for the estimate. They were able to work with us during a complicated holiday schedule and got the windows in as soon as they were ready. The workmanship was good. They were friendly, prompt and cleaned up well.

They were very efficient. They got in, got out and got the job done. They could have improved communication as far as when people would be and all that stuff. Besides that, overall it waas a decent company.

He got right to the point and that was the reason I had him here. He wasn?t chit chatting and getting to know me, which I don?t think all that is necessary. He was very thorough, took measurement and was focused. He did not waste his or my time and I thought that it was good. He wasn?t rude or pushy, unlike some salesmen. He did not do that and I was grateful. He told me that they will never call back and if I wanted to do the work, I can call back and I think that is nice. I really liked him and I thought that he was very helpful. He suggested different options and I thought he was very good. He was very responsive to my questions and he also gave me the quote that day. I was very impressed with him. The person that spoke to when I called was very good at answering questions.

After an initial visit where we chose the doors and they gave us an estimate, we waited about 6 weeks for the door to be ordered/made. During that time they would call us occasionally to update us on the status of the doors so that we knew what was going on. When the doors were ready we scheduled an appointment for installation within a week. Two people came (on time) for installation and the entire process took about 5 hours. They were very professional, courteous and careful not to make a mess inside the house. They cleaned up everything after they were finished. After the doors were installed, we noticed a small crack in one of the seams where air was coming through. We called them about this and they came over the next day to fix it (and were very apologetic). Overall, the company was very professional and the doors look great. This was our first experience with this company and we were very satisfied.

She told me there were sufficient funds in the bank on 12/27 and I could send the check through again and she would send me an additional $10.00 check for the bounced check fee. My husband and I drove to the Vigilant Federal Savings Bank in Essex to cash the refund check. We did not receive any calls from Air Tite; we had to initiate all contacts. Neither Laurie, bookkeeper, nor owner, Joe DelGrosso, expressed any concern about bounced check.

They forgot to install a strip plate and had to keep calling them. The owner came out and pushed the workers to return to complete the work. Other than that the installation went fine. If they were running late, they called to let me know.

Scott and his brother took off the old door, replaced the framing on the door, cut the new door frame down to size, and installed it. They were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. The job was completed as I expected!

Overall, we liked the company. They were prompt and did a good job. One of the windows had a vinyl covering that just didn't look very neat afterwards, but we called the company and they agreed to come back to try to fix it. The actual contractor who they sent out seemed pretty good, although he did try to skim a little extra off the total for himself. He tried to charge extra to cover the windowsills, and wanted a check made out directly to him (rather than the company) for that portion of the work.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR ME. THEY COME OFF AS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS ARE VERY ACCEPTABLE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THE AIR TITE WINDOWS TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS WINDOWS.

CALLED AIR TIGHT WINDOWS AND DOORS, AND THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY. I HAVE A 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON THIS SECURITY STORM DOOR. THE CAME OUT AND MEASURED THE STORM DOOR.

I FELT THAT THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE. DID NOT HAVE TO PICK UP BEHIND THEM. EVERYTHING WAS NICE AND NEAT AND PROFESSIONALLY DONE. THEY SHOWED INTEREST IN MY CONCERNS WITH THE WINDOWS.

I WAS AT WORK THE DAY THE WINDOW WAS INSTALLED, BUT THE INSTALLER CAME ON TIME - REMOVED THE OLD WINDOW - REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE AND IT LOOKED GREAT WHEN I GOT HOME. I WAS BASICALLY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.
