Mosquito Squad of Greater Baltimore

The guys were responsive, punctual, courteous, and thorough. We received an itemized list of the chemicals used, all pet- and child-friendly. We had been TORMENTED (=EATEN ALIVE) by mosquitoes to the extent that our children and grandchildren really could not pursue outside activities at all, and were afraid to visit. We could only enjoy the pool if immersed to the eyeballs like crocodiles. Since THE HOUR of the squad's visit, we have been totally untroubled. M.S. says they will come back if the barrier should fail within three weeks or we are deluged by rain. We will happily sign up for a summer contract. We have been given our yard back. Thank you, thank you, Mosquito Squad!

I left a message and sent an email to make an appointment but no response whatsoever. I tried their central service number and automated system directed my call to someone but no one is available and went directly to an answering system. Maybe they are too busy but very disappointing.

Spoke with Ryan over the phone and set up a date to come out on 6/6/12 after 2 pm. After I got home on 6/6 by 2 I found a message on my phone from him explaining that he had too much work to come by. Too bad for me that I arranged my schedule and made sure I was home the time we agreed on. Perhaps Mosquito Squad shouldn't book work after they have already made an appointment with a potential customer or at least give 24 hrs notice of a cancellation . In his message he said he would be out by my area on friday and we could try again then. He said he would call to set up a time within the next day or two, which he did not. I called twice and left messages asking if he would be coming out. I have not gotten a reply. Big waste of time and very unprofessional.
