Although the work request was relatively small one, Mr. Cullen was willing to accept the job with a very fair price. Very courteous, and got the job done when he said he would get it done. Definitely I would intend to work with him again for future home project.

Mr. Cullen was willing to work with me and gave me a fair and equitable quote. he did not pressure me into using his company. The workers were punctual. Michael and Billy answered all questions about the project. They worked effectively and with precision. They took pride in the job they were doing. They cleaned up after they finished. They were men of integrity and showed a great deal of patience. They worked well together, and I could not be more pleased that I chose the Mark Cullen team!

I initially contacted the company to complete some rental property repairs (re-caulk/grout, faucet install, drywall/ceiling repairs, bathroom leaks into kitchen). I was very pleased with his quick response time, quotes, and the quality of the work. However, the leak into the kitchen was never fully resolved after numerous return service calls. Additionally, because of my initial satisfaction with the work, I contracted him to install a new roof as a result of an insurance claim. Due to continued weather delays and other personal business issues, several months went by and the roof was still not installed. When the smaller addition roof was finally installed, the construction debris was left in the yard for several weeks and I eventually had to pay someone else to remove it after failed attempts to get the contractor to do so. Due to the failure to complete the roof within 2.5 months, I contracted with another roofer to complete the job and resolve the leaks which continued in the portion of the roof that was completed by Mark C.. I had hoped to build a long-lasting relationship for future projects not only in my rental property but my own residence; however, the initial impression of the company was quickly wiped away in the final months of poor communication, responsiveness, and lack of customer satisfaction.

Very service oriented honest which is rare these days on both counts . Showed up when he said he was going to to do a quote and the very next day he came out and fix the roof. Also took a look at a couple other things that other roofers said needed to be done which they didn't . Also fixed a rain spout at no extra charge. I was given an estimate the very next day which I thought was fair and reasonable. My needs were treated as important as any larger project. The workers arrived on time. promptly removed any debris afterwards and ensured that I was completely satisfied before leaving. I would recommend to others and utilize their services for any future needs of my own.

Mark, Mike and Kelly were extremely easy to work with. This was a GOOD contractor experience (not a contractor nightmare like everyone fears). They came over quickly to look at our project, gave us a very fair quote, and scheduled us at a time that was most convenient for us. They did an excellent job on our fence. Cleaned up the area beautifully. We can't wait to hire them again!

THE VERY BEST !!! I received my first call from Kelly at Mark Cullen Home Improvement within 15 minutes of looking at the HomeAdvisor site and I hired them immediately!! Working with Mark, Mike and Kelly just got better and better when I called them in a panic that my huge delivery of 75 boxes of flooring was unexpectedly arriving in 25 minutes, just when a terrible thunderstorm was coming and it would be left outside. To my delight Mike was here in 20 minutes and went into overdrive to see that my flooring was inside and dry seconds before the storm hit. This is a wonderful company with delightful, professional and hard working people. They now have my loyal business for life! I'm positive that when you work with them you'll feel exactly the same way!!!

Quick effectivr servicd

Fast service for a basement with 1/2-3/4" water and standing water in the basement stair well. Overall did a great job removing the water. Several puddles are still there.
