JES Foundation Repair

I hired JES Foundation Repair to install some columns in my basement to correct a sag in the floor. Unfortunately, JES found a way to disappoint at almost every opportunity. They assured me this would be a simple one-day project. The project, scheduled for July 15th, quickly spiraled into a mess due to issues with two water lines that had been discussed with the engineer who came to my home. When the plumber arrived, instead of focusing on the task at hand, he thought it was appropriate to flash his concealed firearm and share his political views, including his opinions on LGBTQ+ matters. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling. After the water lines were moved—once by the plumber they sent and four more times by myself over a two-week period—I informed JES that everything was ready. They scheduled the completion for August 9th, but that day came and went with no call and no show. When I called to ask what happened, I was told they had never put the job on the schedule. After following up, they rescheduled for the 15th, only to call me a few days later asking to come on the 14th instead. I agreed on the condition that the project be completed that day, and they assured me it would be. On the morning of the 14th, I received a text at 7:34 AM saying the crew was on the way, followed by a call from the foreman at 7:35 AM stating they couldn’t make it and would come tomorrow instead. I am beyond frustrated with JES Foundation Repair. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespect for my time have made this a truly unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend their services and strongly advise others to consider alternatives.

This team did an excellent job. Darrell kelp me informed as he proceeded to identify and resolve the problem. They were quick but thorough. Everyone was professional and respectful of my property. They worked as a team ( Darrell, Dillon, Allen and Justin).

Shine and Antoine did a great job. However, we were not notified of the time for our repair. The initial date for repairs was text to us,and we felt threatened if we didn't respond quickly or we would serviced at a later date. We respond immediately. We received no notification of the time without calling. When the truck came, the concrete people said they were sent to us by mistake. They said we would get a discount because of that mistake. Finally, Shaine and Antoine arrived and did a great job.

I had bsmt waterproofing done by JES, the crew of Larry R., Corey G., Isaiah, and Pepe were fantastic! They were very respectful, very courteous, and just on top of it. When Corey told me I would not even be able to tell anything had been done to my yard he wasn’t kidding, he knows his stuff. And Larry the crew leader, his 18+ yrs of experience showed in everything he did and said- I was sent an A1 team. My estimator Jason G. Absolutely is the icing on this cake, every and I mean every question or concern from day one he has responded to, answered and resolved! My basement looks fantastic, and the thought of the next big rain storm, not having to go check my basement- Wow!! So Thankful!

I had the pleasure of having Jeffrey J. as my inspector, who came out to my house yesterday for my crawlspace inspection. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in layman’s terms which I appreciated, and helped guide me to the most appropriate repair plan. I would definitely recommend JES Foundation to anyone needing any type of foundation repair. This company is fortunate to have Jeffrey J. as apart of their team!

I submitted a request via Angi.com, but I DID NOT select JES Foundation Repair from the recommended businesses. (There were numerous recommendations, and I did not need an estimate from them.) Despite not selecting JES Foundation Repair, I received 6 texts and 4 phone calls from 4 people over two hours. I "STOPped" the text messages and blocked several incoming phone numbers. Yet, a day later, I still received phone calls from different people from "JES" to follow up on providing an estimate. I accept that submitting a request to Angi.com often results in a shark-feeding frenzy. However, this contractor was annoying and bothersome, so I now NEVER want them to do work for me.

Santos, Warren, and Shaine were professional and communicated with me every step of the way.

Cam and Karon did a great job. The front office was abysmal. I had asked that they use my home phone or email, not my cell. They only texted. When I called with questions, they indicated they'd get back to me. They didn't. The first appointment I waited all day, only to learn at 5 p.m. that I had to reschedule because their truck broke down. A month later I still didn't know whether they'd show up until Cam called to say they'd be there in 35 minutes.

The work was not done correctly and they never told me what they needed to do to correct it. They made appointments with me for over three months to come back and correct their work. I’m having to take them to court, call Better Business Bureau. I paid them almost 1200.00 dollars. I really only needed one side done which should have been around 400.00. I’ve never in my adult life dealt with a company like this.

I was pleased with the complete service; especially the crew who did the actual work. They expeditiously completed the work.
