+ -1 moreI was very dissapointed. They offer "Extended warranty" but there is no unextended one and they do not take any responsibility for their work if you don't buy their warranty. I guees you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: I had my windows tinted by this guys less than 3 weeks ago. I have a subaru station wagon, so the price that I paid was very axceptable since I have two extra windows and I had my windshield done as well. They offered me an "Extended Warranty", which I refused. The car looked good after they were done, I found a couple bubbles here and there, but I was ok with that since this is my work car and as I mentioned the price was not bad. 2 weeks later the film started to peal off of the passenger's and driver's side windows. I went back there and explained what the problem was and they told me: "You did not buy the warranty, so if you want us to fix it, you will have to pay us". I said: "It's been only 2 weeks since you did the windows, what if I pay you now and the same problem occurs again in 2 weeks?" They said: "You can buy the warranty now and if anything happens, we will fix it" "No, thanks".
