The installer did a great job. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He solved the problem of a structural barrier that was compromising signal strength that Verizon overlooked when they came to my home to troubleshoot.

Solved all my computer issues and helped me set up my system so I can operate at peak efficiency! Very patient and did and awesome job!!! Highly recommend.

Provider provided excellent set-up service and demonstrated how to properly use the clicker.

Went great! Did all the updates, troubleshot an HDMI and network issue for me as well. Super clean professional install.

The scheduling was a breeze through Best Buy's website. The purchase was a bit confusing because there were so many options. The installation department did try to get me in sooner but I was only able to make it on the weekend. The auto starter seems to be working well so far and the tech was very helpful in explaining how the system worked. The only thing to be weary about is if you purchase the auto starter and installation online. Although there is a small disclaimer that lets customer's know that there may be extra costs for parts and other items needed to get the auto starter installed, I did not expect it to be so much more. I would recommend going in to the Best Buy to get a quote from the tech first so that you know exactly how much the installation will cost.

With the warranty I had, they would come in and troubleshoot as well as diagnose. If they can't fix it onsite, they will take it back to the store. He had to get a part to fix my TV. He got the part the next day and fixed it. He was perfect, it could not have been better. he was on time. It took a couple of days to get it fixed.

They were okay and it took them about a week to respond to my call. I will use them again in the future.

They did adequate work. I felt their price was pretty high and I would probably look for someone else to do the work next time.

I think that this store has a good selection of appliances. Their salespeople seem to know their products. They have good sales periodic. I like that they have delivery service.

I went in and told them what I wanted to continue to do with my TV and they were able to help me find what I need to continue to do what I wanted to do. They were very helpful and they really seemed to know what they were talking about. They explained the installation process to me.

The employees advised me on the spyware and antivirus packages they sold. These products were installed overnight with no problems. I made one subsequent call to one of the Geek Squad and they were able to help me with my question on the phone. I like the fact that the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and are not pushy.

SALESMAN AT BEST BUY WAS VERY HELPFUL PICKING OUT A TV AS WELL AS THE HOME THEATRE SYSTEM. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND ACTUALLY POINTED OUT A BETTER HOME THEATRE SYSTEM FOR LESS MONEY.
