Description of Work: He fit me it on short notice, and cheerfully fixed the problem. He said he had come across the same thing several times and had the part in his truck needed to complete the job. It was a cold day and great to have the fireplace working again.

Description of Work: They installed a wood fireplace insert. The wood insert required customization. Carl was great. He installed the insert and came back on a second visit to complete the customized fabrication needed for the job. He is very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good information regarding the maintenance of the insert. The insert looks great!

Description of Work: My place was the last of his day and he was a bit late. That was ok for I understand if other jobs can cause a delay and he called to let me know. The previous job simply required more work than anticipated. I was impressed with his knowledge in the field. I will use him again for others that I called gave me an estimate of more than twice what he charged. He also gave me a small discount for his lateness.

Description of Work: Carl was prompt and completed a full service on my peninsula gas fireplace unit. We had an issue where the unit was clicking off after only being on a couple of minutes. He quickly figured out the problem and made the necessary adjustments to my unit. He thoroughly cleaned the unit (it had been a while) by removing all of the lava rock, washing it and vacuuming up all the dust that had settled. Being an Angi's list member I received 15% off my bill. Good service at a fair price.
