Description of Work: Apple Remodeling and Pat O'Connor were very detailed oriented when we discussed our ideas for our deck. We wanted a Trex composite material, with a gate to contain our dog. Pat was very patient with color selections and double checked the choices several times. Pat made very helpful suggestions but always deferred to our choices. Apple designed the deck based on our wishes. Pat O'Connor was incredibly helpful when we were required to request a variance from Baltimore County before the permit could be approved. He kept us informed on a timely basis. He came out on a Saturday to assist us with the necessary paperwork. Overall, we had an excellent experience with an excellent outcome. The crew who built the deck were punctual, professional, and very neat. They were incredibly hardworking and took pride in their work! Many thanks.

+ 5 moreAfter receiving the estimate from Pat O'Connor the work commenced on-time and finished on budget. Mr. O'Connor took several hours to a**** what we needed along with going over the entire plan for how our bathroom rehab would take place. The individuals that demolished out bathroom and rebuilt it from the ground up were professional, punctual and accurate in their assessments. Even when the job went over time, I was kept up to date as to their progress and estimated date of completion. While the work was going on they were conscientiousness of the mess and did their best to contain it as much as possible. We couldn't have asked for a better crew to finish this job and if we need work done again, I will be contacting Pat.
Description of Work: Apple Contracting, led by Pat O'Connor along with Price Plumbing, did the following after providing their estimate; 1. Removed old toilet, bathroom tub, vanity, sink and tile in a basement bathroom; 2. Removed and replaced old drywall in bathroom; 3. Dug out and installed new plumbing for bathroom; 4. Installed new toilet, shower pan along with shower, and vanity; 5. Dug out and installed an injection pump for sewage; 6. Re-installed and painted bathroom door.

Description of Work: I had apple completely gut a bathroom and refinish the whole thing. They put a new toilet and sink in. They also redid the tile on the floor. This company had a fair price and they did great work. I would hire them again.

+ 0 moreExcept for a few glitches it went well. Apple Remodeling subcontracted the job. The subcontractor while edgy at times completed the job. This was a job that included removing the old siding and replacing it and installing gutters and downspouts and fascia and soffits. Apple Remodeling agreed to provide a two year warranty on all work performed. I'll keep you posted on warranty performance (if needed).So far from what I can tell and see, I would recommend Apple remodeling Inc.

Description of Work: Took out a tile floor which was in bad shape and replaced it with a bamboo floor.Installed carpet in part of the basement.Fixed a hole in the ceiling and installed baseboards.
