Great, prompt and friendly service! I called Jeremy after melting the control panel on our stove. he gave us an accurate estimate over the phone and in just two days he got the part for us and had it fixed. We rate him a 10/10 and would definitely hire again.

I called Accel at 10:00 am and he was there promptly at 12:30. Jerry called ahead to verify our appointment and was there when promised. Although my Roper washer was only three years old apparently the motor was defective. The warranty was only good for a year so I would have to pay the entire cost of a new motor which was more than I had paid originally for the washer new. Jerry explained that the amount paid for the service call would go towards the repair if we decided to go ahead but we opted not to. He did try to find a used motor on the internet but was unsuccessful. He suggested we call Roper and talk with them to see if we could negotiate with the manufacturer. He assisted in every way he could to help us and I appreciated it.

We have used Accel on several occasions over the last five years (on issues ranging from a faulty fridge seal, a clogged dishwasher drain, and an over-the-range microwave installation) and have found Jeremy to be extremely reliable, congenial, and competitively priced. On our most recent call, Jeremy replied within a half hour to an early Saturday evening voice mail and to my pleasant surprise, scheduled a service call for 11am on a Sunday, before explaining that he typically schedules refrigerator calls within 24 hours, given customers' risk of losing perishables. We continue to use Accel and highly recommend their services.
