They were awesome! They did a very professional job installing the new floors. They used renewable bamboo products that are super durable and look very high end. The owner and his assistant did our work personally. He was on the job every day and did a lot of the work himself. Both were courteous, respectful and always on time. They treated my family with care and respect every time they were in our home and never spoke crudely or played objectionable music. They were upbeat and responsive, always working with us to accommodate our needs while living in the middle of a construction project. I never had any concerns about these guys being in my home. I even gave the owner a key so he could let himself in and out as he needed and he promptly returned it when they finished. They thoroughly cleaned up their work area each day and contacted me quickly whenever they ran into any issues. We had a few surprises, but they quickly identified the problem and gave me options for how to address each one. The owner was mindful of our budget and worked hard to keep us in balance, between getting the product we wanted and controlling the costs. The end result is that I would hire these guys to do any manner of construction work I need and will definitely use them in the future.
