Description of Work: Had been paying for years for alarm system that doesn't work. Tried to cancel contract in writing.

+ -1 moreNever received a call back from them to repair/replace system. Don't know how they stay in business because they have no customer service.
Description of Work: Had their alarm system for years. Called 3 different times to get someone to come out to repair/replace system that wasn't working.
