Service tech did not speak English, very hard to communicate. Tech left garage a mess. One the good side the price was reasonable and the installation was good.

The technician arrived at our place, examined the problem and gave us a fair estimate. The broken torsion spring was replaced and the door was operational again. Unfortunately, additional damage was done to the top section of the door and further repair to bolster the door was necessary. The additional repairs were done quickly. Overall, the work was quick and thorough. I would use their services again in the future..

I would strongly recommend you get a second opinion & quote before contracting with this company. They charged me exorbitant rates for a simple spring replacement, based on supplies. But couldn't provide a spec sheet or any reasoning for why the equipment costs so much above the norm. Get a quote in writing and then compare to online costs.
